The survey is very detailed & has helped us a lot being first time buyers, Its highlighted some extra things for us to look at that we were not aware of.

Dunford Penrose continues to provide me with excellent service (for free) several years after the initial survey. In this case, it was professional advice on an issue relating to the house even though it was unrelated to the survey. This is hugely appreciated.

My experience with Dunford Penrose has been great. The booking process and communication was prompt and clear, and my surveyor Simon really helpful. The report is thorough but even more helpful is his friendly willingness to talk it through with me. He is taking a lot of the stress away by explaining this complicated and technical legal document in simple terms. Such a contrast to my last experience and I couldn't recommend him more.

Great service from Dunford Penrose Surveyors. Very happy with the process from start to finish. We felt informed throughout and were impressed at how quickly our survey was booked in, undertaken and reported. It was great to have a call from the surveyor on the day of the survey outlining their findings and explaining what we would see in the report when we got it. Great service start to finish. Booking our survey was quick and easy and there was full transparency on the website and with our initial quote as to what we could expect. Seeing an example report ahead of the survey was also really useful.

On the day of the survey, Oscar called to talk through his findings and discuss various aspect of the house we are hoping to buy. We received our full report a few days later which was really well laid out and clear, and Oscar took the time to talk me through various points and provide his expert advice.

All in all a great experience and has put us in a really good position to understand what I need to do next.

I can highly recommend DUNFORD PENROSE for house survey's. The quotes are extremely competitive and the booking process was really straightforward. Katie was excellent during the whole process, they took care of everything. Within a week they had booked the survey for me and gave me a curtsey call on the day to talk through their findings and help answer any questions I had. Thank you Jason for such knowledgeable help on the day. The report that followed was really comprehensive and clear to understand. Could not recommend these company enough, they were so polite, knowledgeable and organized.

Perfect choice for L3 survey

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Great comms, competitive price, comprehensive detailed survey report far better than we've had from other surveys, prompt helpful responses to questions. Our surveyor also called us to talk through the key findings in advance of the report and reassure us. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service. I spent quite a while reviewing and comparing with other companies and I’m glad I went with Dunford Penrose. The surveyor had knowledge of the 1900/1920’s style home. It was great they have phone call after the survey to talk through any issues. Report was very thorough and clear with advice on what issues of the home needed to be further addressed/ looked into. Quick correspondence from Dunford Penrose and a thorough survey. The surveyor visited the property 3 times as there was snow covering parts of the roof on the first and second visits. He reported back verbally and then returned a comprehensive report with pictures cataloguing everything. Would unreservedly recommend this company.

The customer support by Katie from first contact and follow-up was superb. Mark did the full survey and at the end called me to share the main positive and areas of concern that need addressing of the property.
The report came within 3 days due to the urgency to address the areas of concern. The report was detailed with corresponding photos and suggestions, with local cost for repairs.

The whole process is fast, and service are great. We received the report in just few days, and it is very easy to understand!

Professional and thorough survey. Level 3 survey carried out which was very detailed with multiple photographs and drone images. Windows and doors were opened and checked including all outbuildings, garages and other structures (sheds etc.)

Roof images via the drone was very useful as the area was usually inaccessible due to its height.

Surveyor called ahead of the inspection and after to provide immediate feedback and answer any questions, available post report also to clarify and detail or concerns. Definitely recommended and would use again.

I’ve had great experience with Dunford very quick and easy to communicate with ,the Surveyer Mark was very helpful on the day of the survey and tried to explain and make it very easy for my understanding everything I asked , I would definitely recommend.
