It has been the worst experience that even after more than 2 months my problem is not solved. Ticket No# 14907.
I was having patience so far that my problem would be solved. i paid in full for a defective material. Is this Durain furniture is for. I will wait for this week only, if not solved you will see this complain flying on twitter and other social media for the fraudulent activity by Durain team.
I have received a defective desk. 2 parts of it has a crack and the slider is not working properly. The delivery person convinced us that it will get changed. He had also sent the pictures of the defective parts to Mr. Shivam. Also Mr. Shivam from Durian ( 9644415742 ) confirmed that the defective part would be changed.
Till now, i do not have any update. It seems that Durian has duped me with the defective piece. Can you help me get the fresh piece which i have paid the money for.

Worst product I ever purchased!
!!!!!! IMPORTANT !!!!!!
I got a sofa set and 2 beds from durian. And trust me I did nothing else but cry after making this purchase.
I have got my sofas repaired twice in 2 years. And the quality of bed is also bad. The wooden frame structure of the bed is too weak. Had to get that repaired too.
NEVER EVER EVER! buy anything from here. I think repairing their own products is one of their money making strategies.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. This is the 2nd time i had purchased chair from Durian & it has disappointed me. How should one feel when the chair arrives only in the upper half part & the bottom half is missing & you have this kept in your house for 10 days? How should one feel when the newly purchased chair starts to fall apart in pieces & to get it sorted you have to wait for almost 14 days? This is surely my last purchase from Durian & i'll make sure i will not recommend it to anyone i know.

Good Quality Furniture
I bought Vectra MB chair. Ergonomics wise I would rate it 7/10. Quality wise 9/10. Could have used soft plastic material on hand rest. Otherwise all good.

Meh. If you want to feel good about what you are buying then maybe. The material is great and installation was excellent but overpriced
The make and material is good enough. Why 3 stars? The chair already has an open stitching.

Chair is fine but some problems
1. delivery and installation should be on the dame date
2. The plastic circular cap which is placed under gas lift is of cheap plastic grade and was found broken/cracked during unboxing.

Durian is amazing, I had lost all hopes of the product getting fixed. But realized that Durian religiously tracks all product complaints. One of the day a gentleman Ashish called up, apologized for an open service complained, kept a track this my chair got fixed.

Wrong chair was sent
Wrong chair was sent. I had ordered two same chairs but two different chairs were delivered. While this isn't expected but even being considerate towards human error, my pain point is not the wrong product delivery but rather the overall handling by the company.
No company representative ever contacted for assembly after the first set of parcels were received.
Upon returning the wrong chair from my side, no update was given for more than 2 weeks. Was left completely clueless on the status of when would the pending chair be delivered. So much so in the name of a branded experience!
On sending a simple complaint email to customer care team while following up on pending chair, there was no courtesy to even respond per return mail. Very strange practices!
Then, the chair that has finally been replaced after a delay of over 3 weeks, turns out to be having a faulty screw positioning. I spent precious 2 hours (after having fixed the chair that was previously returned), it's effort again gone in vain.
By the way, upon getting the pending chair, I had again waited for 2-3 days, thinking that after the first bad experience, probably the company would try to pacify the customer and at least send someone to assemble the chair but not the case.
Overall, repeated set of poor experiences. I am so annoyed that keeping the chair would remind me of horrible experience. It is in mutual interest that the company arranges to get the chairs back and simply refund my money.
