Utterly Disgraceful Service, Fortuitously Redeemed
The service at Dusk was inexcusably deplorable, marked by egregious delays, apathetic staff, and unfulfilled assurances. An ordeal of inefficiency and exasperation.
Salvation came through Triphxm a paragon of refinement. Their meticulously finished, exquisitely crafted furnishings epitomise quality and elegance. Service was prompt, courteous, and unequivocally professional.
A lamentable beginning, but a serendipitous end.

Ordered my daughter’s bed in January. Still hasn’t arrived. No contact from them. I’ve contacted customer services three times but no response. My daughter’s been sleeping on a Matress on the floor. Not sure where to go from her. They took the money back in January.

Do buy from Dusk had my money for manhattan sofas llove seat and poffee from November 2024. Still have not received any of the items ordered . Emailed number iof times and phoned . cancelled ask for a full refund . Finally got a response saying a cancellation team will contact me in 72 hours and issue a refund . 6 days later no contact and no refund .
Trading standards have already are taking up peoples complaints and looking into this company

Absolutely appalling customer service and missing order, please do not use this company.
Ordered new sofas and due to be delivered 20th March (which was a long wait from when I ordered but that wasn’t an issue). Had confirmation the night before via text and email that the order was coming at a designated time on that day, therefore we got rid of our old sofas and booked time off work. The morning of delivery I had a text confirmation at 6am that the delivery was cancelled but no explanation. When I tried to chase dusk they have shut off their phone number (due to high volumes of calls) and multiple emails have bounced back. I managed to speak with the delivery company they use, Rhenus, who ignored me dusk hadnt even sent them the full order.
I contacted via all social media platforms with no luck.
After putting in a complaint via the website I did get an email response, but just full of empty apologies no actual explanation or delivery date. And then silence again for another 2 weeks.
I have told the company I am heavily pregnant, have 2 year old and no sofas , yet they continue to ignore all the emails.
I am now trying to chase a full refund but again, being ignored.
I have since read multiple reviews and complaints of customers saying the same thing.

Like many others my order was not delivered on the date I selected. They have closed their phone lines so the only way to contact them is by email but they don’t reply. I have requested a full refund but no reply so I am now trying to get a refund via my bank. Don’t give them your money!

Delivery date came and went with no sign of the futon. After several email exchanges and raising a PayPal claim, I managed to get an email to confirm my order was cancelled with a full refund due.

Ordered an Ottoman in February, I was sent an email to schedule a date for delivery and nothing turned up. Over one month later and STILL nothing. Sent 3 emails via their online form with no response and can’t get in touch via phone line. They have my money and I have no one to speak to, let alone know if my item will ever arrive???!!??

Ordered a bed, got delivered we couldn’t get it upstairs so emailed dusk was told we would hear within 3 days for a collection. 2 weeks later & still nothing, emailed them numerously & nothing. The bed is all boxed up in our kitchen which obviously isn’t ideal . Please do not use this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. The bed arrived, but we cannot attached the sides to the headboard as the thread in the headboard is broken. Customer service is just automated emails and you cannot phone the company directly. Eventually they agreed to send replacement screw, but it is the headboard we need, which they have completely ignored and of course the screw never arrived anyway. Wish I had read the reviews on this site, Did leave a review on dusk website, doubt if it will get published

They delivered a bed which was damaged and now expect me to return it with me to pay for the expenses. I’m no way ordering from them again. Also no number to contact and limited subjects to discuss on drop down box. Joke of a company. Wish I’d checked reviews first.

Like others I am now reading, unfortunately too late, I made an order which was meant to be delivered 2 weeks ago. I took the day off work, disposed of our old sofas and no delivery. They have responded to one email saying they looking into the matter and nothing since. They have my money, I do not have my order!

Do not order from Dusk! I wish I had read trustpilot before ordering! I am so disappointed. I ordered a sofa bed which did arrive but only parts of it! Phone lines are down due to high level of queries (no surprise) After numerous attempts to contact them and a bad trustpilot review later, I finally received an email response saying they would ship the missing items, the new order would arrive in up to 10 days. That was 20 days ago!!! NOTHING!!! I can only warn people and say what a shame it is that this has happened. Half a sofa bed which can’t be used, and a whole lot of money GONE! I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and really hoped this would get resolved but it looks like what people are saying is true….they are a scam!

Order taken and delivery date given. Date has been and gone without any contact from Dusk. Tried messaging and emailing them but not reply at all. Plan to cancel via credit card.
Customer Service
Bed arrived with 13 of the 17 parts missing and no fittings. The customer service team phone number is switched off because they are busy. Ridiculous way to run a business.

After sending 5 emails, contacting on social media . Still no respond with regards to my order I haven’t received. It’s not acceptable you cannot contact customer service. Dusk have my money and haven’t my item.
