Brilliant company

Brilliant company! My daughter bought me a chain with engraved hearts on it, it broke and i lost 1 heart. they rechained it and replaced the missing heart.

JUST LOVE

I have been buying these necklaces for the past 18 months. They have been amazing gifts for remembering moments and have even bought two for myself that a wanted something to remember the dates. All those I have given them to have also loved them. They layer lovely and I will be purchasing a third one soon for another date that will hold happy memories. While they are lovely as gifts they also make fabulous treat yourself pieces.

Beautiful pieces but what let's it down is you don't supply a gift box to put chain into to gift to someone..I had to buy a small gift box elsewhere as the box chain was delivered in had all my info on it. I paid 53.95 (Inc postage).and still had to buy presentation box

My partner got me the engraved tennis…

My partner got me the engraved tennis bracket and necklace for Christmas. The first bracelet snapped within a day of wearing. Reached out to Dylan Oaks regarding this and they sent out a replacement bracelet, which snapped again on the SECOND wear. Disgraceful quality for the prices they are charging cheapest of cheap quality. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

poor quality and terrible engraving

I purchased an engraved bracelet as a gift for a friend but would be extremely embarrassed to gift this to anyone. The engraving does not resemble the letters it is supposed to and the bracelet is not only poor quality but poor sizing. Overall a total waste of money.

No items 4 weeks later…

I ordered 2 rings on 25th December and I am still yet to receive the order. When I have emailed asking for an update because my tracking has not been updated, I had been told the gold ring was out of stock and that I would be refunded. I was then emailed again saying that it was actually the silver ring that was out of stock. I asked that the order could be changed to 2 gold rings. A week later and I still have no update on when I can expect to receive the rings or updated tracking. Such a shame as I have heard many great things about this jewellery company but it has put me off purchasing anything again as almost 4 weeks later I still have not received the products.

I recently got a present for a friend…

I recently got a present for a friend of mine from their Liffey Valley store and I cannot recommend both the brand and the service I received. I was unsure what to get my friend and the salesperson was so helpful and in the end I got my gift on offer alongside a free pair of earrings which was friend really enjoyed.

I have a number of Dylan Oaks pieces and they are fantastic you can wear them everyday and in the shower and they never tarnish/fade - big lover of Dylan Oaks!

No communication

Very nice pieces but the lack of communication when an order is late or missing is just not good enough. I placed 2 orders, one arrived in good time but one item was damaged so they said they’d send out a replacement. They did this but I got no information about it and I had to do all the chasing for updates. The second order just did not arrive and when I contacted Dylan Oaks they got the orders mixed up and were trying to tell me I received it. When I emailed that I was not happy about this I got no reply…just pure silence. I finally received both my orders but not the replacement hoops as promised and at this stage I just couldn’t be bothered contacting them again Every time I messaged them I was asked to rate how the agent had dealt with my query which was so annoying when my concerns were not even addressed. I won’t order from them again as it’s just not worth the hassle. There are plenty of other good costume jewellery shops around with lovely products like Crystal & Co or Mettle & Bloom that are way easier to deal with.

I just got an email asking me to write…

I just got an email asking me to write a review and I have not received my necklace. Order was placed 02/01/2025 , I got an email on 07/01/2025 ayong the order has shipped yet when I track the order DPD have not received the package. Not happy at all with this service. This was a birthday present for someone who's birthday has now passed.

Awful customer service in Belfast…

Awful customer service in Belfast store, went into the store twice and both times the sales assistants ignored us. The shop was empty both times. We actually had to call them over for help, as we had been standing for ages waiting assistance on a ring. Also don’t find the brand inclusive in regards to size of rings. Would not recommend

A great customer service experience

Cannot recommend this company enough. We ordered a number of items for Christmas online. A pair of earrings arrived with a diamond missing. I wasn’t sure what to do and the ones I had got were sold out online. I decided to go in to my nearest store and ask. Not only did they change them in store but they had the actual earrings I had got. From what could have been a terrible experience they made it so easy and the staff were lovely. We will definitely purchase from Dylan Oaks in the future.
