After fixing my leaky outdoor tap the plumber told me to call and ask for the drainage team because the outdoor drain was blocked. Got appointment the same day. Lewis left a message to say he was 21 minutes away and wanted to check I would be in. I rang him back to confirm I would be in. He noticed I had some work done at the house and quickly cleared the blockage and explained to me what had caused it. I asked a couple of questions which he answered and he said the drain should be okay now but if there are any problems to contact them. Friendly, knowledgeable and observant. Thank you.

Engineer, lewis, was very knowledgable and explained everything he was doing which i appreciated. He was very understanding and patient with my dogs barking in the background.

Called Dyno-Rod due to blocked drains. Had follow up drain survey by engineer Mike Gibson. Mike completed the survey, detected the problem and referred to Severn Trent who attended within 3 days. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful

Will from Dyno rod attended our home to unblock our drains that 2 other local company’s could not complete. After spending hundreds with other companys. Dyno rod sorted the issue within 20minutes. The engineer not only sorted the issue but listened to me and calmed me down in a stressful situation that I never thought was going to be resolved. Dyno rod was great from the minute I rung up to the minute will left site. I wouldn’t use any other company

Needed a camera inspection and when 'Will' the employee arrived he claimed that the pipe was blocked and the camera wouldn't fit, even though it visibly wasn't blocked at all. Told me I'd have to contact the water company to do it instead. Charged me full price, £200, for essentially doing nothing.

Water company came out a few days later and said the pipe wasn't blocked at all, and did the inspection for free. Apparently Dyno Rod are known to do this so they can collect the call out charge in full. I'll never use them again. For everyone else be very wary.

Had Will and Lewis come out both very professional and friendly, would recommend

We encountered a problem with our sewer and drain was overflowing causing issues with shower and toilets. Mike Gibson said he would do his best to sort the problem whilst waiting for house builder to send a team to look into the issue, he managed to get the drain unblocked in the meantime so was helpful

While this may seem expensive for the time it took to fix the issue, I'm still pleased with the result taking into account how much it would of cost me to buy something (what I've no idea) to do it myself. The engineer with polite and cheerful and did a very good job and I'm pleased with the result.

Had an issue with blocked drains, contacted dynorod, engineer came out the same day. NICK rang in advance arrived promptly, explained exactly what he was doing and dealt with the issue very professionally. NICK was an excellent representative of the company and is highly recommended

Was surprised at how expensive it was going to be (£285) and pricing structure wasn’t explained but it was urgent and I wanted resolution that day - late afternoon the Saturday before Easter Sunday - that said, engineer phoned within 15 minutes and arrived within the hour. Robert was brilliant, quickly found the blockage and cleared it and tidied up within an hour of arrival. Very polite, tidy and professional, first class.

Blocked tree roots cleared very nice lady on phone and chap that came very happy
