Jed from Dyno plumbing in conjunction with British gas, came out on an emergency call at 8 o'clock on a Saturday night. He checked everything to find my leak in the bathroom. He kept me informed the whole time and sorted the problem. A credit to his company

Booked appointment for a power flush of heating system for 17th August, received a phone call asking if they could come on 13th August due to a cancellation, great I thought that's fine by me. Engineer turned up on time on 13th and proceeded to start flush through radiator, (I was advised by B/ Gas it would be reverse flushed through boiler, but never mind I assume they knew best. All went well for about an hour then my fuses tripped, I reset and every time he switched flushing machine on it tripped my electrics eventually discovered a faulty machine. By the time he came back with a replacement 2 Hours wasted. Continued with flushing and about 16:30 said it was all done and left.(No check done to confirm all was working) No paperwork left.
At 1700 I went for a shower only to discover no hot water or heating. Rang office and 3 of the listed managers and no answers, left a message with Manager Emma( 13 august) and still had no reply as of today 21st August.
Managed to refill boiler as pressure was zero and boiler fired up, put heating on to check and some radiators warm at top, bled rads and all hot, so turned heating off. Following day tried heating again and boiler not working due to same problem, refilled to pressure and all working again.
Not so important but still poor customer service ,Pipe lagging not replaced just left on the floor, radiator valve cap left on floor, My garden hose that was used was left dismantled outside.
Prior to all this my boiler had no issues and was working fine.

We needed an emergency call out due to water leak and your engineer Karl Trotter has just been fantastic , from a cheery welcome and I’ll get you sorted ,to immediately saying I’ll take shoes off as he walked in,exceptional tidiness with whole job.
He identified the issue got to work , sourced the replacement bits , and fixed it.
Absolutely fantastic from our first call to the finished job.

Carl A was friendly and efficient. The problem was determined and fixed within an hour. There was no mess left behind and the hot tap works like new.

Scott and Adam came out to fix a bath tap not easy to get at however they were great at solving the problem . Would definitely recommend .

Adam sorted the problem with a water leak near the stopcock quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption. A professional job well done. Very happy with the outcome.

Phoned British Gas to request a plumber and the plumber arrived 10 minutes later and job was done in another 10 minutes

Excellent service. Contacted my insurance and dyno rod came out within the hour, unfortunately the part wasn't easily accessible so left to order. Came back early next day and Harry fixed everything doing a great job. I now have running water again!
