Great for customer based roles
ESign is really easy to use and it is a great way to get documents signed quickly. The signature created includes the customers name, sign and date which is all key information. Sometimes I do think that customers may need additional guidance on how to use ESign as the thought of an electronic signature can be daunting for some. There are help videos and links to website but having a printable guide would be best for elderly people. Despite this, ESign makes my work life a lot easier.

No pay as you go option
E-sign have removed the pay as you go option and the other packages are not suitable for my needs. I am now unable to access my account with years worth of important contracts stored on it.

Simple signing process
E-Sign makes it simple to issue agreements and have them signed by a third party. Its interface is clean and intuitive. As opposed to sending agreements via email, it saves a lot of time and produces better final documents. I appreciate the ability to send reminders via email and at intervals to help complete the process. The field tags option has been great for quickly inserting text and signature boxes. E-Sign have been adding new features and I hope they will continue to do so - e.g. in future, saved template messages to go out with an envelope would save time and perhaps a way of being notified if the recipient's email generates an out-of-office auto-response.

Quick and easy document signing
E-Sign is very simple and quick to use, send off your documents for signature, you can set each signature request for reminders to be sent daily.
The timestamp function is impressive.
It lets you see if someone has viewed the document, even if they haven't yet signed it.

Website is clear and concise and is easy to navigate. Some other digital signature websites are overly complicated and therefore difficult to use and E-Sign is not. Would highly recommend!

Easy to use and navigate
Easy to use and navigate. I have been using E-sign for some time and have tried other online signature providers and E-sign provide everything I need in an easy to use format. On the rare occasion I have had to contact support, they have been knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Excellent for sending documents to many
It is easy to send documents to multiple people which is helpful. Sometimes if your document is large - you have to wait ages for it to load and it often fails causing you to have to log in again.

It would be good if E-sign was mobile…
It would be good if E-sign was mobile friendly. We work with a lot of engineers who always have their phone on them but can't complete the contracts unless they use a desktop computer.
