Banned for unknown reason

I signed up yesterday and did not even play a game yet. Received email stating i am permanently banned for a rules violation. How can i have violated a rule when i never played a game??? I have tried online chat multiple times and they can't tell me anything. Horrible customer service.

Customer dissatisfaction and altercation with employees over chat

If I could put zero stars I would. I was trying to merge my EA accounts and gave all the correct information over the support chat making sure to triple check that the info was correct. To save you time me time from writing and you from reading all I asked for from both support people was an email or phone number from a higher up. This was never given and am surprised you all do not have a better support team and customer service over the chat. I enjoy playing these games and have put countless amount of time and money into many EA games. For you all to not have a way to have a higher level of authority than just a support chat is ridiculous. Please reach out to me so we can get my original issue fixed and figure out a better way to educate your staff on proper customer service. I have screenshots of each chat and the case number available to escalate the issue.

I’m Not Playing

Electronic arts needs to get the hell out of the game in world. I’m paying for a service that I can’t talk to a person when I have an issue. I’m done with them. I will not renew my membership and this is after maybe 20 years that I’ve been paying these SOB’s what they want is people to go to the big money making games, pay more for them….greedy son of a donkey.

I think that we don't have such problem…

I think that we don't have such problem with companies like EA, Ubisoft, Bethesda, Activision, Microsoft, Bangie etc. But, be honest. People in Ea are stupid. They had their peek in 2000s, and early 2010's. When they made games such as NFS, Dead Space and battlefield, PWZ, The Sims, and much more. Do you remember when u had watched E3, and after it you waited for a game from EA for a long time? I remember. Burnout Paradise, NFS The RUN, NFS HP. And also much more. But what now, looting in battlefront? Shitty Apex Legends? every-year dead fifa? They just want to have a money from you, killing every studio which are trying to make at least something playable, and yes. NFS Undercover is good

I loved this company

I loved this company. Especially in my childhood. Need For Speed UN, MW, Carbon, ProStreet or Burnout 3,Revenge,Paradise. SSX , FIFA , Battlefield , MOH, and my favourite Dead Space. So, where is it all now? Need For Speed is freezed. Dead Space is dead, burnout is dead. SSX is dead , Fifa is dead , MOH is dead . Everything is dead . Ok battlefield might be still alive, but it looks like it gonna be dead soon.

Shit application

Shit application. Shit company that does not listen to playerbase. And will constantly try and rob you for money. Hard to chose a date from, since it has been constant for the past 10-15 years.

If ur looking for a horrible and completely unplayable mess of gameplay. Then get a EA game. Customer support is on the same level as their games.

Genuinely the WORST customer service I have ever used. A donkey could provide me with better help than this joke of a company. DON'T waste your time or money with their games.

There is a special place in hell for…

There is a special place in hell for the mid-level and top-level managers at EA games who are responsible for designing their "business scheme" based on extorting gamers for the maximum amount of cash and to scam their customers by defining obscure rules and intentional confusion.

Real Racing 3 for smartphones is one of those examples which basically consists of "bait & switch" tactics, claiming that "it is completely free to play" while in essence it is a scam game where it's IMPOSSIBLE for free players to EVER acquire some of the cars available nor to complete the entire game without having to dish up with loads of real cash in order to buy their "Gold"-scam, which is nothing more than a secondary way of extorting players to pay for cars, upgrades, repairs etc. aside from the existing "free points", which are accumulated via races etc. So even IF you earn enough free points, you'll NEVER have enough "Gold" (which you need and won't get unless you spend REAL money) to finish the entire game. There are almost 27500 races to be raced and after playing for almost 2 years with a total count of more than 36 DAYS(!) of combined playtime, not even a FIFTH of the game has been raced. In other words, even if you'd be able to play the entire game ONLY on free points and without "Gold" (which is impossible as mentioned earlier), you'd have to play over the course of 8-10 YEARS at that pace in order to even come close to finishing the entire game - which is utterly and completely INSANE. On top of that, I got FULLY developed cars (why would cars even have to be developed before you race them?) and YET, there are races in "Exclusive Series" which you CANNOT win no matter what you do as bot cars overtake and outpace you every - single - time. An intentional scamming and defrauding of their player base. Add to that an the insane amount of splash screens and "offers" of watching ads for "Gold" after each race that you have to tap through thousands of times again and again and again and you get a junk game and experience. Needless to say, that the player base apparently finally got so ticked off about these conditions, that they lately deserted the game in droves so EA had to announce the "tough decision" to shut down on March 20th. But since those players invested zillions of REAL cash into this garbage game in order to develop and buy cars over a long period of time, which are now essentially worthless, they are now naturally even more ticked off since they get no say in this outcome and ended up with zero value for their money. EA could have saved the day by announcing all cars to be a free-for-all, but of course EA being EA, they only gave each player 1000 Gold for their time, investment and for being loyal customers and players! The greed of American companies such as EA as usual knows no limits and to - on top of it all - spit in the face of their player base as a sort of "thank you" obviously is part of their "service" and greedy agenda.

Same goes for games as for instance BF1 & BF5 etc. An INSANE amount of regular hackers, scammers, hacking script kiddies, teenager scum and other human feces is constantly messing up gameplay all while having a big lip when being called out. Does EA do anything about it so players who paid good cash for these games get value for money? Short answer - of course not. Half-baked attempts of implementing some sort of second-grade anti-cheat software are yielding little to no results and WHY oh WHY would EA spend some of their hundreds of millions in revenue on providing their customers with actual value, when they can f them over without any real consequences? Alas, be warned NOT to buy any of this company's crap or you are on your own!

You have been warned...!

no burnout 3 remaster?

i cant say much as ive only played 1 game made (published actually) by ea, that is burnout 3 takedown (for ps2 and og xbox). burnout 3 is an amazing game, technically burnout 3 was made by criterion BUT ea bought criterion and put them to work on battlefield, why cant we get a remake of burnout 3 with better graphics?

0/10 experience, would not recommend if u like burnout 3 takedown and want a remake with improved graphics (and no dj striker cuz hes annoying af).

Games are glitchy, expensive, and will soon be owned by the Trump’s

Games are glitchy now they’re begging creators to come back charging tons of money and signing contracts with evil people, including the Trump family who has nobody’s interest at heart they want to scam you and rip you off like seriously how much more do you need to see before you realize this company is as big of a scam as the Trump‘s themselves if I could return my game packs that I’ve bought in the last 10 years for a full refund plus interest for the glitches, the problems and this outright loser betrayal, I would

Pathetic Customer Service - Zero Problem Resolution - Zero Give a Shi...

This is the second time I have had the excruciating experience dealing with EA. Each time it devolves into "what's the problem - I'm here to help" to "this is not my problem - deal with someone else".

As for the overall experience of dealing with EA, if you've ever dealt with UPS or Xfinity, you can get an idea here. The incentive to the employee is to get it off their plate. The incentive is not to solve the issue and there is zero calculation into what the customer is experiencing. In short, there is never a possibility that you are going to get a competent agent who will spend the time to soak in the issue and attempt to deal with it.

Today alone, I have spent roughly 5 hours trying to deal with a simple problem. It's pathetic how they operate. You get a case via email with a number and link to click "An advisor is available to connect". When you get there, the agent has ZERO idea of what is going on. YOU LITTERALLY HAVE TO START OVER EVERY TME YOU SPEAK TO A NEW AGENT. This is the agent you got to by clicking the link inside the email they sent you regarding the case. The agent has no idea what is gong on. You have to explain the entire thing to them again. Then rabbit hole. Step and repeat. Try doing that over and over again over the span of hours and see how you feel about EA.

As a consumer, I don't expect perfection. I'm ok if EA is not perfect. That's not what this is. This is an extremely competent system for reducing costs incurred by EA. There are only 2 things in play for them: reduce cost, eliminate any legal issues.

In the mean time, I have to move on from games I love. Games I've been playing for years. I spent hundreds of dollars with them in 2025 alone. Thousands of dollars over decades.

Good bye.
