I am very pleased with my experience…
I am very pleased with my experience with the entire process. I had approximately 100 DVDs/CDs to sell for Eagle saver and although they weren’t able to accept all of them they let me know in an email ahead of time that there were about 13 that they could not accept due to too many scratches but also gave me the option of having them send it back or donating it which is the route I chose and then receiving payment just one day after they received the package. Overall it was a very easy process and was easy to follow as far as scanning items for quotes to shipping the package and receiving payment. If you have a bulk collection of DVD/CDs that you don’t watch or want anymore I would definitely recommendEagle saver.

The process to send DVDs was easy
The process to send DVDs was easy. Payment was received 3 business days after shipment arrived. The most difficult part was finding DVDs that we’re actually worth anything

August Order
I put in an order in August and was quoted a price for selling my DVDs and CDs. After they received my order, I was informed that they were unable to purchase some from me after their inspection. I requested to receive the unpurchased items back. When I received my items back, I compared with the list of items they were keeping. 2 items were kept that they said they were returning and thus began about 3 months of communication before I finally received payment for the additional items they kept. I am glad to have been able to get rid of these DVDs and CDs and will attempt to get rid of more in the future, but I would have liked to have had this issue resolved quicker than 3 months.
