I am the proud owner of my CUBE
ebike. £2250.00 Ordered Sunday. Arrived Thursday. Was kept informed throughout it s journey. Had message to make sure i d ordered correct frame size and loads of advice to make sure i got the perfect bike.. it s stunning. Purchase with ease they are Extremely good at what they do. I couldn t buy local the bike i wanted so had to buy online. It was so smooth a transaction. Excellent company. Highly recommended. Well done lads. I m a very happy lady with a big perfect bike

Was initially reluctant to buy online rather than my local bike shop for an expensive personal item that needs to be comfortable and a good fit.Had no need to worry as great service and helpful advice from Sam made the process easy.
Had issues with sizing my cube Kathmandu e-bike and had to return one for a smaller frame size.
Sam was super helpful and arranged collection and re delivery without any problems.
Super happy with my purchase and would recommend easyBike for good service and value for money.

From finding a bike that was available in my price range, to making a reservation to taking delivery, I have been impressed with the EasyBike team. It took only a couple of days from when I received my CycleScheme certificate to my bike being delivered by DPD, checked in advance by EasyBike and well packaged.

Great service! The team held the bike while my cycle to work voucher was delivered, which was fairly long, then delivered it next day once the voucher arrived. The bike arrived perfectly and is a great ride. Thanks all!
