In stock on the phone but...

I purposely phoned on the day to ask if what I wanted was in stock, the telesales said there was two in stock so I ordered and paid online, only to be told afterwards it wasn't in stock, I wasn't impressed with the customer service

Awful

Ordered an item back in Jan, weeks have gone by and still nothing. Was told the item was damaged and would be refunded… 2 days past and the item turned up.. damaged. Still awaiting a refund

We liked the price and the product looks excellent.
The delivery was delayed which was inconvenient and when delivered the kerbside delivery meant we had to find help to man handle the unit over a considerable distance.. so mostly a delivery problem. Easy Equipment did keep us informed throughout

Poor delivery service

Fortunately, the product was fine but the delivery service was very poor. The packaging was seriously damaged with the sink hanging out of the box and the corner protection lost in transit. The terms state you have to check the product isn’t damaged on delivery but the driver refused to stay even for me to have a quick inspection to check it wasn’t damaged and just walked away. Not sure I would risk that experience again.
