Unfortunately, damaged on delivery.

The item turned up damaged. Something heard hit the box that the toast was in. One can only surmise it was possibly done in transit as I would hate to think anybody had sent a damaged item from the company itself. I have yet to bother pursuing the case directly as the dent in the toaster was minor, just disappointing when you’ve spent the best part of £140 on a toaster. The toaster itself is excellent. And I cannot fault the speed in which it was sent out to me. I will use this company again. Just fingers crossed, you find a better courier.

Worse company to work with

Worse company to work with, do not pay one pounds to them , west my time and money

You guys joker , only when you took the money from my account they wear fast , delivery and customer service was maybe good for 1810 not for 2024.
Do not west any money to this company .

After 2 weeks item did not appear

After 2 weeks item did not appear, on the phone they promised me a full refund, by email, they told me there would have to be a restocking charge. Never again!

We understand your frustration regarding your order, and we appreciate your patience. Upon reviewing your order, after you requested a cancellation following the courier's collection, the item was marked as canceled upon arrival at their depot.

When we received your confirmation to proceed, we promptly instructed the courier to resume delivery to your local depot in the Highlands. This process could take longer due to transfers and the distance involved.

Given your decision to cancel again, we have halted the delivery despite incurring additional costs. To assist you, we will waive the abortive charges and delivery fees. However, since the item left our warehouse, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

We hope you understand that we cannot offer a full refund as we must adhere to our terms of sale.

Everything was great

Everything was great, from ordering to delivery. Customer service double checked we had ordered the correct fryer re the fuel we use, they were very good and delivery notifications again very good.

AVOID

AVOID! Terrible service and call centre teams and "managers" in the far east that can't actually help. I ordered a stainless steel table and paid extra for next day delivery. When it hadn't turned up 3 days later I called them. They eventually sent the tracking which showed it had been delivered and signed for. Neither me nor my neighbours had the parcel and they told me they'd chase the courier for gps delivery location. It was never forthcoming. (NB they use DX couriers who are renowned for being awful!) . When I asked for a refund to order elsewhere they stalled and told me I couldn't get a refund as it was showing delivered. I eventually gave up and requested a chargeback from my credit card.

Absolutely shocking biggest con artists…

Absolutely shocking biggest con artists ever they need to go bust and stop ripping people off it wasn’t just the delay it was the customer service after and then even the parcel wasn’t delivered to my property and asking to cancel the order for 2 days and then told I’ve got to pay 25% back for it to be sent back tho I didn’t even receive the parcel rip off consumer rights what a load of crap so I’ve got my form to fill out for my refund my purchase price was £324.99 now they want me to pay for restocking fee £81.25 courier fee £75 plus vat £33.75 so my total refund is £202.49
And to let you know that I cancelled the order way before delivery and still being charged for it even tho it wasn’t dropped off so please be careful with this company and its been reported to consumer rights as this shouldn’t happen

£35 for one banqueting chair sleeve is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!

Furthermore to put 'Polyester 100' is misleading.

Just to add these are nowhere near market price. I have just brought 100 of these at £3 each.
