Very bad service
Ordered a few weeks ago, item never arrived. No update on the status of my order or whatsoever. Until I chased you and thats the only time your customer service contacted me. I requested for refund, I send my bank details. Now same thing, no update when will I received my refund. Please just send back my money.

Always read the small print on terms and conditions as there’s are reaily awful As they charge you £150 min restocking charge which is extortionate even if it has not been delivered all they have to do to meet there t and c is send an email that it’s been dispatched and it wansnt in transit as it was deliver 3 days after that
Wish I had ordered it from nisbets would have cost me more but they’re always there to help you and it wouldn’t cost you extra to cancel an order

Overcharged for the items, then wanted to charge after I called where my items were premium delivery n top for delivery another £59
When I asked to cancel the order as it was too late to be delivered i was told Iwould have to pay 20% of the delivery if I cancelled which worked out at over £200
Still haven't items after over a week and they guaranteed 3 day delivery.

I am writing yet another review to express my ongoing frustration and dissatisfaction with Easy Equipment. After my initial complaint regarding the undelivered order and the poor handling of the situation, I was contacted by the company with a promise that they were "investigating the issue" and that I should keep my lines open for further updates. However, it has now been three days since that communication, and I have not received any further updates or resolutions from Easy Equipment.
This prolonged silence is unacceptable and further exemplifies the lack of professionalism and customer care that seems to be the standard operating procedure for this company. My order remains undelivered, and my attempts to get meaningful updates have been met with nothing but empty promises.
To add insult to injury, when I inquired about obtaining a refund, I was informed that they would deduct 25% of the total amount as a cancellation fee. This is absolutely ridiculous and entirely unfair, considering the delay and the severe inconvenience they have caused. This exorbitant fee feels like a punitive measure designed to discourage customers from pursuing refunds, further trapping them in a cycle of poor service and unfulfilled promises.
In summary, my experience with Easy Equipment has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating customer service encounters I have ever had. Their failure to deliver my order, coupled with their inadequate communication and unjust refund policy, highlights a significant lack of integrity and respect for their customers. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Easy Equipment to reconsider and seek more reliable alternatives.

Ordered a pannini hot press after 2…
Ordered a pannini hot press after 2 weeks I called the company regarding delivery the member of staff I spoke to made no sense whatsoever and mentioned that is was company policy to hold items for a period of time even though the order was paid for imedideatly! I was promised a call back from accounts which never happened.
Anyway the press was delivered 2 days later I had not read the reviews on this company until after ordering so when the machine came I opened it while the driver was still on site to my amazement the thing appeaed perfect the only part I didn't check was the two plugs on taking them out of the bubble wrap both plugs were smashed beyond use
On a positive note the press workes very well however I would not have the confidence to use this company again.
