This is an absolutely ridiculous system you have.

I got a loan 2 plus years ago 7000 they told me the interest rate would go lower if u keep up to date ...they are charging me 45 percent o. This i pay 500 month never miss and im still.paying that they r thieves I called amd said im no longer paying then mind u I have no payed over 14 000 for a 7000 loan they stalk me they are disrespectful,rude and very unperfessiomal they skim read u the agreement on purpose its disgusting they can do this at this rate dundurn easy home u all should be ashamed ur buisness style everything ... they dont forfill there end and then they act like im the ass ... I Will not pay 45 percent for 2 years and u act lile I didn't pay u .. u all should be in prison ur sick and twisted money theves be careful people this place is a hudge scam ovi people working there are skimming

Everyone even contemplating approaching this venue for any form of financial assistance, be advised that THEY will take the interests first, then apply your payments to the principal.
I realized this 2 years after loan initiated and my principal NEVER went down. They were evidently placing ALL payments made to pay their interests FIRST and loan never went down for these 2 years. So I opted for consumer proposal and they got nothing. I feel better now

This is a shout out to Phillip Hasfal for the amazing job he did with a huge frustration/complaint that I had with company based on someone else’s error.

Phillip was professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable and, his calming, compassionate and confident voice/attitude made it such a joy to deal with him.

He followed through 200% on his promise and over delivered.

Two more things: most client service folks would rather be tortured than apologize for client’s pain, but Phillip was such a breath of fresh air! He immediately apologized for someone else’s mistake!

The second thing is, after such an amazing experience, I asked how I could show appreciation and, he immediately added his direct report, Emily’s name. That - is true servant leadership!!

Many many thanks to Phillip! You should be promoted and should run global training on how service and leadership can be done excellently well.

Excessive amount of interest rates. Threatening wage garnishment after a single missed payment. Absolutely Terrible. Do not go here. I highly regret going to them

The person who processed my application was very helpful and wonderful to deal with. She made the process very easy and fast.

I never accept a loan from them. never applied but yet they cal me over and over again stating that I have a loan that has been aprooved...I do not need 35% rates loans. stop harrassing me

Applied for a loan to get by with money to feed myself. I filled the paperwork online and had him call me today for the loan. Sent him all my bank statements to his email and was denied the loan today. Boycott easy financial at all costs they will denied you the loans. Had a $10,000 ready for me today. They didn't follow their ceo mission statements for good credit bad credit income or no income for loans. General hummel out

When all else fails financially, I implore you to visit easy financial especially the 8280 Highway 27 location.

Nice people to deal with and good customer service quick response

I made them an offer to settle my account, the rep told me that would work and that they had sent me updated documents to sign. They told me I had to sign immediately because my account would go to collections. When I finally got the documents, it turned out they were referring to documents they had sent me previously that doubled the amount I had offered them. They attempted to bully me into signing the fraudulent forms.

Thank you very much for your help and much appreciated. The person who help me are very friendly.

Went to see if I could get another loan
Told me no that you have to wait 1 year to refinance. Was never told that. Please ask questions and get the full information. Would not recommend. Very hight interest rates.

I was quoted a loan for 24 months, as the agent explain everything and review single pages of the contract she said its 24 months at the end when i review it from their app, my loan is actually payable in 48 months.Very dissapointing
