a waste of time as there is no willingness to deal properly with the issues

Absolutely terrible customer service. If you have a medical emergency and are unable to fly there is no way to transfer your sports equipment that you’ve already paid for or additional baggage to a travel companion on the same booking despite the fact EasyJet will still receive payment for your flight and additional luggage unless you complete a medical emergency form. How a hospitalised passenger in a foreign country is able to do that; which involves printing, asking a DR who does not speak English to sign a ridiculously long and complicated form I have no idea
Edit - I have emailed the address in the reply to this email and I can see it will take up to 7 days for a review. I’m so frustrated.

I have made 3 phone calls. 2 contact forms. 2 trust pilot reviews. And 1 email to address they put on trust pilot. Got automated response saying someone will be in touch within 7 days. And guess what nothing. There customer service use to be good. But now it is non existence.

Friendly service, but changing flights due to unexpected circumstances should be easier.

The lady was really helpful and understanding even though I got a bit confused. She sorted out the special assistance for my partner. Thank you.

Daniel, the team member who assisted me was very helpful and resolved my issue.

I cannot believe you cannot get a co formation email for the cancellation. This is unacceptable. Not only are cancellations not refundable you cannot get an actual confirmation email. I will not book with easy jet again. Customer service rep was great. Policies are not.

Should be zero stars, tried for 12 months on compensation for delayed flight acknowledged from easyJet and despite birth certificates, multiple bank account details, still nothing other than the “we understand you’re disappointed”
After every month of saying they would pay, I gently enquire and they say it’s gone to the escalation team but the escalation teams SLA is 21 days and it’s Groundhog Day the month after.
It’s a joke of a company to sort out basic regulatory compensation.
Won’t be booking with them again until resolved and.
If I could, I would attach the whole 30+ email saga but it won’t make a difference, I will get another post this review saying the same groundhog copy and paste response

Error code when I tried to check in online. Tried multiple times. Phoned Helpline and managed to speak to someone after about 20 minutes; however he also was unable to check us in and suggested we check in at the airport - not really very satisfactory for 11 people travelling including children and infants for a 05:55 departure from Gatwick and having paid over £5,000 for the privilege

Quick response, very kind and understanding. Attended to my needs right away.

Price is v reasonable. In my last 10 flights. Not one has been on time. Im in paris cdg right now. Plane scheduled to leave in 5 minutes. Flight boards showing on time. There's no plane. No staff. And all online sites are showing minimum 30 minute delay.
Easily 90 minutes delay at least. Communication is horrid.

The issue was less with the conversation and more with the situation
It was not made clear from the easyJet site that the cost of the new Wizz flights would be covered so we had requested refunds
