Error code when I tried to check in online. Tried multiple times. Phoned Helpline and managed to speak to someone after about 20 minutes; however he also was unable to check us in and suggested we check in at the airport - not really very satisfactory for 11 people travelling including children and infants for a 05:55 departure from Gatwick and having paid over £5,000 for the privilege

Price is v reasonable. In my last 10 flights. Not one has been on time. Im in paris cdg right now. Plane scheduled to leave in 5 minutes. Flight boards showing on time. There's no plane. No staff. And all online sites are showing minimum 30 minute delay.
Easily 90 minutes delay at least. Communication is horrid.

It was not made clear from the easyJet site that the cost of the new Wizz flights would be covered so we had requested refunds

Excellent Customer Service from Amira
I accidentally booked the wrong flight and was really worried about how difficult it would be to fix. I contacted easyJet customer support and was assisted by Amira, who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
She quickly understood the issue, explained my options clearly, and helped me amend my booking without any stress. Amira was professional, patient, and friendly, making what could have been a frustrating situation very easy to resolve.

Customer services absolutely a joke phoned 3 times 3 times they put phone down on me can never get a straight answer always referred to another number. Great taking money off you but hard to get your money back for a cancellation flght. Booking ref: KC28X29. Holiday reference 8146026 flight EZY3482 received my flight reimbursement plus £24 which I don’t know wot for but haven’t received my wife’s reimbursement of £350 a break down would have been a great help but think that is asking to. EasyJet is great if you have a very regular request : you can do most operations online. But I had a special request that requires client service : it took 1h30 (!!) by chat, and doubled the original price, to change a reservation despite the flex option! The agent was willingfull, but still

Because the rules for liquids on line are totally confusing I decided to ring someone at Easy Jet and ask.
First two numbers I saw that gave their phone contact number were now obsolete but the third number got me through. After numerous questions from a robot I was put on hold.
Waiting for over 10 minutes I gave up.

Agent was NOT helpful. The last agent was NOT helpful. What turned into a cost effective flight is now an admin nightmare. Requesting a VAT receipt should be easy, I think the company should rebrand as HardJet.

Flight times were changed but we were not informed, missed the flight (because it left 12 hours earlier than what we had booked), then didn't offer any solution either at that moment. So was forced to book very expensive tickets with another company that they are not willing to reimburse.
