Had reached out to support around a domain product and received a very high quality of assistance. The support staff were polite, very helpful and quick to respond. It was refreshing to be treated so well, overall a positive experience and I would recommend easyname as a provider offering excellent support. Thanks very much for the assistance and being so patient with me.

We had messed up and let a domain expire. But while email took a time to respond, the phone line was answered quickly and the problem resolved within a day. Would have been difficult to go through registering the domain again.. or worse still if someone else had got it. Good to have a company than mans the phones and responds to emergencies.

Horrible i order a vps few hours later the order is cancelled not by me with no reason in the invoice and i cant even get my money back its stuck in the account credits. Scammers and thiefs !!!!!!
EDIT: after writing this review they replied here and contacted me via email and today i got my refund, but only after i wrote this review ;)

Just one criticism, tech support response times are sometimes slow but have recently improved. However, they are always very helpful and prepared!

2025 UPDATE: the quality of the servers is so decreased… Every month there are downtimes e slow down in all my hosting. And too many times I had serious problems with email services. I will transfer all my client sites and account away.
