Non responsive e-mail address given by Easytobook.
I attempted to contact the customercare e-mail address which is shown on your message which I received following my attempt to book a hotel.
After I attempted to send you a replay, I then received a message from Microsoft outlook, who did not recognise this e-mail address, as I was requiring some assistance. I then went onto your Website to find a contact telephone number for the United Kingdom, only to find it was not correctly listed, as some numbers from the full telephone number listed was missing.
Thankfully I did, some 2 hours later, receive an e-mail confirming that my booking was eventually accepted.

From reviewing your booking, we found that the booking has been confirmed under non refundable conditions, which were available for your review prior to booking confirmation as detail below;
Policy :: This rate is Non-Refundable. Cancellations, or no-shows will be subject to a hotel fee equal to the full booking amount.BOOKING CANNOT BE AMENDED WITH THIS RATE.
With this in mind, and despite being very much aware of the aforementioned conditions, our Customer Service Agents contacted both the hotel as well as the business partner requesting them to amend the booking without penalty and we have not yet received the final result from them. This is the reason our customer service team asked you to wait for the feedback via email.
Unfortunately in as much as we would like to assist you, the decision lies ultimately with the hotel and the business partner. That said, we can assure you that we are trying our best to assist you despite being told by the hotel and the business partner that we are acting against the agreement, i.e. the cancellation policy provided to you at confirmation.
Our customer service center is based in Thailand. However, regardless of the location of the office, we are trying our best to resolve the problems for our customers, despite the agreement attached to the bookings.
We trust that we have been able to clearly explain our position, and we hope that you understand that this bears no reflection on how much we care about our customers or how we service them. As soon as we receive final feedback from the business partner, we will contact you by email.

Wrong Charges mentioned on the booking...
Dear Easy to book,
It has been a very embarrassing situation in my last booking, Your website stated that the booking amount was 1100 AED including Hotel tax and service charge, but we end up paying additional 260 AED at the hotel, as per them it was excluding taxes which was a mis commitment. Please look into the matter and let me know.

We were charged twice, once on the credict card and again in cash.
The hotel took money from my credit card but i paid them in cash as well. They said that the credict card is just for insurance but they did took the money.

However, upon checking your booking, we realized that you inserted the booking twice, probably because of a connectivity problem, you went back and forward in order to confirm the booking, basically inserting two identical bookings in our system.
Now the duplicate booking has been cancelled, free of charge, with full refund. The remaining time it takes for the funds to be credited back to your account is dependent on the card issuing bank and its internal procedures. Normally it takes about 15 working days.
