Why ask me about my "experience" with easy to book when my reservation isn't until sometime in the future? Normally, I'd think that your company has the light on & nobody home, but the last time I used your service, it worked-out perfectly.

We've found a wonderful place to stay and just came across the site by chance.

Good and spacious rooms... Clean bathroom... And quiet apartment...in AL barsha Value for money... Got underground parking... Staffs are helpful and makes u feel home. Enuf eatout nearby. Masjid for prayer. Will definitely recommend

Comparison was quick to find and price was competitive.

Room/bunk cheaper than available elsewhere. Easy booking process, although could do with slightly clearer information (hostel offers female or mixed dorms but Easytobook made no mention of which type I was booking). Cancellation information could also be clearer earlier on, distinguishing between free cancellation (of reservation) and refund (of prepayment). Overall, good service though.

Booking was quick and easy. I also received a 'thank you for booking with us' phone call from Thailand. However I was shocked to find an international transfer fee on my credit card statement which I was not aware of at the time of booking. I would still have booked but I should have been made aware of the fee at the time.

The hotel site I intended to book arranged a link for a secure payment through a 3rd party called. I googled this app and all seemed ok however when I used it to pay my payment failed. I was contacted 15 minutes later by our bank saying there had been a request for $3100.00 from our account which luckily for me the banks security rejected thinking it to be a fraudulent transaction. The hotel accommodation was $2390.00 however the exchange must have been inflated when attempting to pay through this app? If the bank had not intervened I would not have known about the $3100 payment until after the transaction and I booked a hotel through another internet provider and paid the amount stated when being transferred to Easytobook.

Location excellent, rooms and interior were outdated... but a good sense for service compensated everything. Very accomodating staff

Wish there was a room description and a request for special needs space,when doing the booking. At the hotel at least a healthier choice for b'fast could be presented .

The booking process was very easy, booked a hotel in London for Feb. 2017, just a little concerned about confirmation E-mail which states if you encounter any problems at check in to phone a certain number. Fingers crossed!!. Intend to phone hotel before arrival to confirm no issues.

I had a single room, quiet small but comfortable, clean and tidy. On the plus side The Hotel de Paris has all night reception and is a short tram ride from Central Station. The room was a bit noisy at night but that is to be expected in central Amsterdam, its not the hotels fault !

It is my first time to make booking here and I feel that the procedures were easy to follow and access. Thanks Easytobook.
