Where is my purchase?

Received an email that I had only a few days left to use my rewards, so made a purchase, used a coupon code as well. The order was confirmed and then I never heard another word. No shipping update, no cancellation notice. Have written twice to customer service and no reply. I had been satisfied with this company in the past, but now would not recommend.

Roping West Small Multi-Pocket Shoulder Bag

Purchase a leather $100 bag from ebags. I used it for about a week and a half and noticed the shoulder strap had completely torn off the purse itself and is literally hanging by a thread. I have emailed twice to inquire about refund or return and as of yet, no response. I will NEVER purchase a bag from them again.

They are scammers!!!

They are scammers!!!! Took my money and cancelled my order. Customer service is horrible. Found every reason to blame the bank when they knew they were wrong the whole time.

Happy First-time ebags customer

I'd never you used ebags before come on but took advantage of their sale and ordered a ebags brand tote bag and a pair of Royce lambskin gloves. The bag was sturdy, smooth and comfortable to carry. The zippers are all well-installed and the many extra zipper pockets are handy. But I was thrilled with the gloves! They were fashionable (with a tiny leather bow at the wrist) and buttter-soft. The lining is warm and insulating, so I look forward to winter!

false advertising

I ordered the Old Trend Sunny Grove crossbody bag. It was advertised to be 32 square inches, but is only 28 or 29 square inches. It also is much, much darker than shown. I ordered the orchid, which was shown as a medium pink, to carry in the summer. Instead, it is fuchsia. It's a very nice color, but more of a fall/winter color. It was a sale item, so I can't return it.

Now!? Why Now?! Awe Man!

I got an ebags email saying they are selling out their inventory. 7 months after I bought my 60$ bag that is now 33$. Not retroactive.
But I do like bag its perfect to me.

Before you order from them you need to…

Before you order from them you need to be aware that in case of a return they charge a $7.95 restocking fee PER ITEM. Even if you only used one shipping label to return multiple items, your refund will still be the order total minus the $7.95 multiplied by number of items are returning. I mean, of all the stores I regularly order from, this is actually by far the worst return policy. I don't think I'll buy anything from eBags anymore.

My Review Not allowed on their site. Faulty genuine leather!
After trying unsuccessfully to post a review on their website, I contacted customer service. Back and forth emails, I proved the product was purchased with ebags (it was in my account!) Unable to post a review, they agreed to post it for me. When there was a hint of negativity to it, they declined, saying they could not post it because that color is not available. Yet initially they only required proof of purchase from the shop! This is bogus. Buyer beware. The "finish" is coming off of the "GENUINE LEATHER" handbag handles.

Been doing business with them for 6years on and off. Was a die hard fan but no more!!

Customer service non-existent and the process you go through equals CIA scrutiny!!

Shame was a great company no money money money at the expense of their reputation and loyal customers.

Their "LIFETIME WARRANTEE" is a sham

Their "LIFETIME WARRANTEE" is a sham! I contacted them to get a wheel replaced because it didn't track properly. Their first response was that I must have overloaded it! Seriously!! It didn't get a "Heavy Tag" when I checked in at the airlines. I took pictures and sent it to them and followed up several times but I got no response. Don't think that you have a "Lifetime Warrantee"! These are expensive bags and I feel I was ripped off!

Quality got worse

Ordered a backpack similar to what I ordered 4 years ago. New ebag quality is bad compared to my old ebag. Materials they used were subpar - a lot of shortcuts in their redesign. Bag looks like a knockoff. I emailed them and they replied if I don't want it, to just get a refund.
They used to have good products, now I won't be recommending them to anybody. More than 50% on this website gave bad reviews. Someone should get fired for making this company look bad. They should go back to making quality products.

It looks like it was once a good company and now their quality of service become non existent as well as the bags for the whole world absolutely and possibly. Quality of the bags also are subpar but I can still try them again.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this…

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. I paid extra shipping to have delivery before Christmas. I received an email saying that they canceled my order because they couldn’t get it here before Christmas. Then they shipped it after Christmas at full charge...when I no longer needed it because it was obviously a Christmas gift that I ended up replacing with another product. So when I received the cancellation email, I emailed them back saying I did not want it and it was supposed to come before Christmas. Then they said I had to wait to receive it and they would send a return shipping label. When we finally got the product, reached out for the return label, and sent it back, we STILL only got a partial refund, had to go through a ton of hoops and had to pay a premium for shipping before Christmas. Not to mention they charged a warehouse replacement fee without my knowledge that was never refunded, even when they got the product back. What a complete waste of time and money. As someone who online shops frequently, I have never run into so many problems with a company. This place is a scam!

Non-Existent Customer Service

We purchased the Everest Deluxe Wheeled bag. My child used it maybe three times wearing it as a backpack before the strap broke (in the middle - not at a seam or closure). I contacted the company via email and mail with accompanying pictures and did not receive a response. After spending $50 and using it for a month, we donated it to a thrift store for someone who would only use it as a rolling backpack.

My CRITICAL order was shipped to an address that I had not lived at in over a year. I know for a fact that I had entered the correct address given that the order was successfully billed to my credit card (that was also NOT associated with the address eBags used.) - When I called (4 days prior to the order being needed), two different representatives insisted that their system was not to blame and that the INCORRECT address had, in fact, been used for billing as well. Adding insult to injury, there was NO MANAGER AVAILABILITY and NO EFFORT TO RECTIFY THE WRONG. - I was simply told they would refund the money, but would not expedite an order to ensure customer satisfaction.
