I wouldn't even give this company one star, nothing but hassle from day one, I booked flights with this cow boy of a company which declined my card but straight away went in and took €470.55cent from my account, not a itinerary a confirmation email noting from them, I have been on to them over a week any explaining the same story for a week been told to wait 3 business days ok done that next day wait the 5 days if the money has not returned we will refund you, 5th day now a manger will now not take my calls which I'll add I've been waiting on a manager over 4 days now to return a phone call, a disgrace to deal with who rob people blind.

£1.99 which was to pay for delivery for free sample- never arrived!!
And the same day £42 for what they are claiming is a subscription. I have asked for proof and they just keep stating the same thing that it is for a subscription and they take payment after 3 days
Now this £42 was taken out of my account the same day as the initial payment.
So they have taken £44 from my account and I have nothing.
And still they will not send me proof of anything.
How can they get away with this
I would never use this company again, My flight was cancelled, that's fine. I got an airline credit for my flight. However when I went to use it. they wanted an additional €1500 with my credit of €541.00. bringing the flight advertised on their site Dublin to chicago at €577.00 to €2000. they said its airline policy that the credit can only be used on a more expensive flight. i cant understand it. But the company pockets €1000 for a flight that was cancelled.
Never book to this site! I booked a flight and hotel, after putting information of my bank details click next, went to the same page. I knew there is something wrong, so i checked my bank acct if i got deducted then yea it was!! Thought everything will be ok so i checked my email for confirmation and itinerary, 4hrs gone i still got nothing. Even booking ID, transaction ID, nothing. Went to ask customer service not even a help, said they cannot do anything because i dont have the booking ID and all, was told they cant do anything that they dont have access to check transactions etc.. Easy €832 gone just like that.
Cowboys, do not use them ! Had a trip to NZ , going via San Francesco in 2022 when proof of COVID tests were required. As per the itinerary they sent me, I had 4 hour layover before boarding my flight to NZ. When I got to San Francesco, turns out there was no connecting flight to NZ at all ! So I was stranded in San Francisco. Tried calling ebookers but they never answered. I called air NZ who advised that ebookers had me booked to fly to NZ the day before I actually arrived in San Francisco. Lol Luckily air NZ booked me on a flight to NZ the following day at no extra charge thankfully. However I had to find a hotel for the night ($130) and as my COVID test was out of the 24hr test period to enter NZ , I had to get an emergency test done at the airport for $275 ! When I contacted ebookers eventually they admitted their error and offered €50 as a goodwill gesture which I refused. As I explained, that wouldn't even cover the cost of the hotel ! So I'm basically $400 out of pocket through no fault of my own. Will never use them again
scammers Don't book with them terrible ! i made a booking with check in baggage allowance and ended up paying for luggage with airlines . this scammers didn't add any luggage and customer support is as of no use . really made me stress last minute

Chat is taken over my multiple representatives who do not read the chat before. I have been told numerous times to clear cookies, none of this works. Your link to claim the lounge passes does not work !
I will never use ebookers again. The only positive is that I was able to book multi city flights easily. After that I had to go to the airline website to find flight numbers and check my baggage allowance. I had to download all the airline apps to check in, ebookers didn't even remind me to check in.
Then I enquired about an upgrade on my return flight and I spent 3 hours on live chat dealing with 4 different agents. The first quoted me 600e then he transferred me to someone else and they had to do a new quote which was 5000e. This went on and on and they would not honour the original price. Horrendous service.
Ebookers is cheating customers. Ebookers guarantees that after achieving gold status (4 nights in a hotel) or diamond (12 nights in a hotel), it is possible to use free airport lounges. After obtaining the status, it turns out that you cannot use the lounges because the form for activating lounge cards is inactive:

I booked over ebookers in Istanbul and they charged me 191 but I did not get any booking number! So later I asked for a refund but it is a never ending story! I have to take a lot of steps and still not getting to a solution ! Am

We called and were promised this would be sorted. I called again yesterday as we still hadn’t heard back to be told the money we paid for the return flight would be refunded and we could book another flight, the flights are almost 3 times the price we paid but as we had already told our 5 year old son we had to pay the different. Not something you want to experience just after your wedding.

I have been trying to get a refund since July 2022 for a cancelled flight and have received nothing but atrocious customer service.
I think now my only way to get anything from them is to go to court.
Terrible customer service. Iten number 72437592831072. Booked flight, received iten number however when I didn’t receive the booking ref, I contacted the company and was told that the flight wouldn’t be cancelled on that they would ring the Airline on Monday. I escalated the complaint and was assured but a number of people, Miguel and Levi that they would contact the airline to rectify. I subsequently found out that the flight was cancelled. Aer Lingus have advised that ebookers did not transfer the funds with 24 hours. Despite many promises and hours on hold on the phone. My flights are still cancelled. I can’t activate the chat function now as apparently I don’t have a valid booking anymore. The flights now are €900 more expensive.
Terrible customer service they don't know what they are doing. When my BA fight was cancelled, I contacted them to book alternative flight. they did that no problem but they downgraded our PE seats to economy even though I ensure to keep the class! I contacted them again to fix that. but their answer was no and asked us to pay 9,900 euro to upgrade to Business as no PE seats left (our tickets were 4,000 euro in total and they asked me to pay 9K euro additional to that). They are the one who downgraded by error. I just couldn't believe that. Absolutely rubbish customer service. I had to discuss with them so many times but nobody helped me (I spoke to 6 different agents). they kept asking me to pay for upgrade. Eventually, I escalated this issue to BA and JAL (code share flight) after so many hours and days spent, the seats were eventually brought back to PE but I had to waste so much of my time dealing with them. They are unbelievably helpless and disgraceful. NEVER AGAIN.
I read these reviews and chose to ignore them but ultimately you need stay away from this company. We had our flights booked in November. They were cancelled 4 times in last couple of months. Every time they have not been accommodating, they weren’t assisting us on the phone and very unhelpful. They would continue to put us on hold. We demanded a refund and they told us it would take 4 weeks. Now they won’t give us them? We’ve lost 1,300 euro between us. This is disgusting. We will continue to fight for our money. They don’t seem to understand that people work hard for their money.
This is absolutely atrocious & unacceptable.
So please refrain from choosing this agency.
Received flight credit for cancelled flight, called Ebookers to use it, and was told their systems have technical issues and won't let us book the new flights, so now have credit that we can't use, and they won't refund either - thieves!
Booked flights for €998 that were cancelled due to covid. Issued airline credit that expires in October 2021. Told by ebookers to contact airline directly to get extension on credit - airline have no record at all and can't help. Ebookers refuse to give a refund, or a reason why they can't refund. Person on the phone hung up on me when I asked to speak to another representative. This company is a scam.
I claimed a refund for my cancelled flights last June & was told ryanair was handling it however when I try to fill in the online form the eBookers pnr 16RD9T is invalid. I have no way of contacting ryanair without this no it appears. Will be careful not to use this company again.
There's no option to give them 0 stars which is what I would prefer to do.
