We are first-time buyers looking for a spacious, high-quality home with a warranty, which naturally led us to consider new builds. After visiting several developments around Manchester, we came across Eccleston and felt it was what we were looking for.
From our first visit, we were impressed by the quality of the homes. We’ve now reserved a property, and the experience so far has been excellent—especially thanks to Rosie, who has gone above and beyond to support us. Thank you, Rosie!

Completed the reservation process , fortunately had it documented and proof flooring was included as a standard as was billed 10k for it!

Beautiful homes but such imposing fencing 10ft high at New House Farm that was not part of the original plan. Flaws with the reservation, fortunately my solicitor teased this out.

Did not like the way a member of staff was spoken to by senior management.

We recently purchased a house on your Viscount Green development. I can honestly say we had a very good experience. We would like to thank Anne who was with us every step of the way, providing an excellent customer experience. Nothing was too much for Anne who we bombarded with questions, (sorry Anne)! She always got back to us and she was as extremely understanding and professional. Thanks Anne.

The staff was amazing giving us guidance to the property. The property was presented well and ticked all the boxes for storage that I was looking for. It’s was darker inside than we liked and the court yard would require attention with the weeds

Anne was extremely helpful and while there was little information released or available about the Davyhume project she was able to explain very clearly the process involved. Hopefully the plans for the project will be released soon. Jim

We are part way through our part exchange experience with Eccleston Homes and cannot fault our sales consultant Anne. She has been wonderful since our first look, offering lots of help and making the process so far seamless. Any queries are answered within a day. We just wanted to say a big thank you to Anne at Viscount Green for making our home buying experience so stress free and lovely. We’d been looking at a few local new build developments before settling on Viscount Green, and we can honestly say that Anne is the most helpful, positive, professional and genuinely friendly sales consultant we’ve come across. It’s been a real pleasure dealing with Anne and she is always on hand to explain things and answer any queries with her caring manor. Buying any house, especially a new one is a big thing and we have never been made to feel rushed in any appointment, she even let us bring our little dog with us when choosing our kitchen, tiles and flooring!! Of course Anne had some dog treats handy for him :-) The house is due to be ready by the end of summer, and after the service we have received so far it has filled us with confidence that everything will be great. Thanks for making our stressful home buying experience such a lovely one with lots of nice memories. If you love the houses on this beautiful development, don’t hesitate to go and visit Anne! Nearly 12 months in a home, 3 day and 4 week snagging jobs still not completed, no cooker hood available, shower has been out of use for 6 weeks, times and days are arranged then no-one shows up which is even more frustrating when I could have something with my days off. Quite literally took our money and ran

It was easy to pick up an information pack and also have all my questions regarding purchase answered

We were received in to the office in a very warm and welcoming sales person and put us easily at rest. She also presented to us the programme of the development of Willow Rise.

Dawn and Marcus (Sales team) have been fantastic throughout the whole process. After our original house purchase fell through we came to look round the development and reserved straight away. They put up with us changing our mind on which plot we wanted, kept us updated with each step and managed to complete in record time before the SDLT deadline.
We’re now just starting the process with the site team who have also been great so far. There’s a couple of minor snags as is to be expected with any new build home, but a number of pre-completion snags have already been completed with more already booked in.
Really happy with our experience so far!

Rosie was extremely friendly and helpful but sadly there were no properties or show house available for us to view. We were also disappointed that there are only going to be two bungalows built in the future which is extremely short-sighted of Eccleston Homes. Many senior people want/need to downsize and I sure that many would buy these beautiful homes if only they were available.
