Things were going well with this company until my orders suddenly stopped being sent and at the same time their charges started spiraling out of control without any warning!

I have purchased items from Ecigwizard…
I have purchased items from Ecigwizard for many years now and have never had any problems whatsoever until now. My items disappeared via Royal Mail. I contacted Zoe at Ecigwizard to explain what had happened, it was not the fault of the company as they shipped my items out the same day as always. Without hesitation, Zoe resent my items, something that she or the company didn’t have to do. The replacements were sent via DPD to make sure i received them before Christmas. Zoe, and the company went above and beyond to rectify my problem, again, something they didn’t need to do. Ecigwizard will always have my custom , I recommend them 1000%, you will never go wrong.
