Insulation under underlay under carpet, feels warmer. A lot less stress than lifting floorboards and putting insulation underneath. I messed up with under ordering and company were genuinely made every effort to get to me on time. Tape included with plenty left over. Very impressed. Under Carpet Insulation

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. All items Fantastic. Only bad side was DPD delivery late. I lost a full weekend on a busy schedule due to this appalling company. Not the fault of ecohome though just shocking from DPD

Late delivery
One delivery received but half missing. Apparently missing items went to the wrong depot but were delivered the following day.

Great Product!
Easy ordering, picked the delivery day. The product arrived on time. It was easy to install and you could feel the difference immediate on your feet. The tape that comes with it is good. I'm no expert and laid this in a conservatory in an hour, the tape I cut into smaller pieces so I could handle it better.

The delivery process was a nightmare
The delivery process was a nightmare, involving lots of my time whilst site work was held up.
I had to go to the delivery company depot and pick up the load because of the failure to deliver.
The delivery company was obstructive and ultimately rude and inconsiderate.
