Ordered a wind generator
Ordered a wind generator, tried to call and found they have a phone number that a message says no one will answer. Tried e-mail to cancel the order and got no response for weeks. Followed UPS instructions for refusing order and returning to sender, only to find my UPS tracking number was delivered to someone else in another state with me being charged for it. 100 % scam. Working to get credit card company to rescue me from these false charges. Nothing but bs from Eco Store.

Just received my order from EcoStore…
Just received my order from EcoStore and I am so disappointed in how it has arrived. Firstly the box was wrapped in over 8 layers of cling film, which I fall to see how that is beneficial to the environment. All three items I purchased were coated in dust and the lunchbox even had a dirty bird's feather in the box. Incredibly unhygienic.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, refunded me 2 weeks after ordering with no explanation as to why when i wanted the product. Followed them up, got a reply 2 days later saying item has been out of stock! Terribe communication
