I called ecostsoftware about a Premiere Pro CS6 upgrade and spoke to Dip, who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. She explained fully what would happen with Adobe and talked me through the download process. The price was good and, after only a few days, I was up and running with CS6. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

I ordered Visual Studio 2013 and after checking various online websites the price on eCostSoftware was the lowest. Sometimes this makes you wary of how 'legal' the software is you are actually buying, however I have used eCostSoftware a few times now and I have always been pleased with the service and confident it is a sound business. When buying software in future, I'll go to their website first.

Its easy to find what you wanted on ecost software's site, in my case - MS Office Home and Business 2010. Buying was straightforward and the software arrived very quickly and well packaged. No problems at all.

A clear website a very good price and an easy ordering system with less than 36 hours from order to delivery. All this for a hard to obtain copy of Windows VISTA still in its original shrink wrapping. An excellent experience and I would use them again without a second thought.

two days later nothing received, when i chased it was told that it was 'in stock with our distributor' and that it should be with me in another couple of days, no apology just an offer to refund the postage.

The products ordered are as described/expected and always arrive quickly. Their sakes staff are helpful if you have a query and customer service great if you need it (eg: accidentally order twice what you wanted).

Purchased genuine Adobe software at good price and with fast delivery. Great service.

Ordered software and received it next day as promised. It is what it claims to be in that it is original software not some ripped off version. Thoroughly recommend this company.

I looked at the prices for Office 2013 and felt the prices were too low, suspiciously low in fact, over £90 cheaper than other suppliers and I was about to pull out and go what I thought would be the safer route when purchasing £550 worth of software. Then I looked at some reviews and realised that other people were happy with their purchases so I gave it a try. Boy, am I glad I did. Goods arrived within 1 working day by courier and I am extremely happy

I have purchased two software items from Ecostsoftware, Adobe X1 and Microsoft Office 2013, one through the post and the other down loaded, both went with out a hitch and they even gave me an upgrade one the Adobe software I would fully recommend Ecostsoftware for their service and pricing.

Called them yesterday morning 5th March 2014, spoke to a very nice lady who helped me with my purchase and was very knowledgeable about the product. Advised me how best to order a second copy of Windows 7 professional. Received order today 6th March as promised by ecostsoftware.

I cannot praise the company enough for the extremely prompt service and excellent value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any of my business contacts.

Trawled around the Internet for the best price and, as usual eCost, was one of the cheapest; the cheapest in this case. Ordered and delivered next day so can't say anything else, what more do you want ?
