My first order from Ecost-software, which always makes you a little nervous given how expensive the CAD software I was buying is. But it was simple, straightforward and the software arrived very quickly, which was just what I needed.

Looking on the web to purchase Autocad LT 2014 which is an expensive buy but found Ecostsoftware website which was the most reasonable by far. Placing an order was easy and the hardware was with me the next day which was superb service. I had not heard of this site before but will certainly look there first next time I need something for the computer.

Item received within 24 hours and as expected. Will use again.

Order placed mid afternoon, and arrived 1st thing the next morning, complete with proper sales invoice, which seems to be a problem for a lot of other online retailers. Satisfied customer.

With no relief from VAT it is pricey for a retail purchaser but I cannot fault the service. Unlike other websites, they do have the stock and deal with the purchase in an exemplary manner.

Excellent web shop, fast and reliable delivery to Croatia. Price better than in Croatia even with included transportation costs.

I placed an order on the Friday for Office 2010, and by Monday morning my product had arrived. I was thoroughly impressed by the speed of delivery, and the prices were by far the most competitive. I will with no doubt be using this company again, and I will be recommending them for use at work.

By being able to get hold of an old lotus program that was compatible to the reports and schematic drawings produced for my business i was able to transfer everything to my new computing set up without having to re write templates etc, which saved both time and money. Program arrived day after purchase as promised. Very impressed and would definitely use this company again. Have already recommended it to others.

This was my first time dealing with eCost Software, and I was initially a little sceptical about how they could offer products so much cheaper than their competitors, but I decided to suck it up, take a punt, and place an order.

I spoke with a very knowledgeable gentleman on their support desk via a chat run from their web-site, and he answered all my questions very quickly, helpfully and thoroughly and, to my joy, the items I had ordered arrived very quickly, in perfect condition, and were *exactly* what I needed.

Looking for Microsoft Expression Studio - came across eCostSoftware offering original release + upgrade to version 3 and Microsoft download of version 4. Very helpful on phone and product arrived next day. Well worth the (small) additional hassle of installing successive releases to save 50% off the retail price of the latest release.
