By far, the best briefcase I've ever owned.

Absolutely gorgeus handbag, the people on the site has been nice when I needed help, first I needed a refund for a mistake order, then I ordered the wrong bag but they were kind and helpfull to switch it out to the corrwct one. Shipping was as promised, everything good.

I absolutely love my bag! My monster laptop fits perfectly and I can still have notebooks. The quality of the leather is amazing.

I ordered a backpack from this website. I was a little skeptical in ordering from this website, as I never ordered from it before. But, I was incredibly pleased upon receiving my package. My backpack was wrapped securely (without causing any damage to the product.) And on top of the thoughtful packaging, this included a small note on how to maintain my order in good condition. I wish every other company took this much consideration in their deliveries.

The backpack is beautiful. The only thing I was a little sad about was the fact it got bent in transit. One side of the bag is a bit bent which looks as if it were wrinkled.
But aside from that, I am in love with the bag and can not wait to use for school.

The color that supose to be white , it’s like some kind of grey.

The asthmatic design is lovely however- I think the materials and manufacturing let the concept down. Looks beautiful on the advertisement pictures- but the materials are cheap- which is really obvious I. Real life. They also have a strong, unpleasant smell. Mine was also packaged In a bag ( not a box) because of the poor quality of the materials it is permanently bent. Also the buckle in the strap is in an awkward position abd digs into my arm when I wear it

I love the bag but there's just one problem. The buckles that hold onto the strap are removable and after using it for about one week, one of the buckles fell off!! And they don't sell them separately.

I purchased this as a high school graduation gift for a family member. She was the Salutatorian of her class and has intentions to pursue a career in law. I was worried that it did not make it here on time … it took quite a while to get here. However, it WAS worth the wait! It was gorgeous and she was happily surprised when she opened it. She loved the briefcase and especially the bow and the fact that it is removable. I would definitely order again - just be sure to order early!

Communication was great in regards to updates on the package. It just took a while to be delivered. Other than that I love it.

The order takes around 10 days (including shipping) to reach me from Taiwan to Malaysia. The suitcase goes beautifully with and without the signature ribbon, which can also be detached if it's not your preference. It fits my 15.6" laptop, and can accommodate the power supply, an additional keyboard, mouse and more gear. Would say that the bag is bigger than I imagined and can look absolutely HUGE on anyone shorter than 5'8".

Prices are displayed in pounds but they don't deliver to a lot of places, including islands right next to them, but still able to ship to the US. Pretty ridiculous policy.

I had a bad experience with Ecosusi.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a purse but they sent me the wrong size of shoes. The website said free returns on anything and that they would cover shipping costs if it was their mistake. I understand that mistakes happen, but I should be able to return or get my money back since they sent me the wrong item. I contacted their service email and asked to return the shoes twice, and they responded to me but ignored that I wanted to return them in their responses. They asked my foot size and if I tried the shoes on. They also said that the size on the shoe is not true, the actual size is the one I ordered. I thought these comments were irrelevant to what I wanted. I found this strange. I also found the format of the emails to have mistakes in them, which is a red flag to me. The emails were not rude, but they were not polite either (no apologizing for the mistake or helping me return the item).

I really don't like giving bad reviews but I wanted to share my bad experience just so that others can be aware of this issue.

Awful customer service. Wanted to return an item - contacted the email adress given and was told where to send it - I would have to pay £25 postage, but they would be refund me. Returned the bag to the address (in China). No refund. 6 Months later the package comes back.

Awful. Don't recommend, and won't buy from them again.

This bag is gorgeous! I was actually missing the bow when I received my bag, but customer service was extremely helpful and sent it ASAP! Without it the bag looks incomplete IMO. Price is very reasonable, can't wait to show it off when I return to work in person!
