Everyone was professional from the start with continued after care and plenty of advice throughout. The install was competitively priced and governed correctly by various groups.

Can’t recommend this company enough. Came out really quickly to repair our broken boiler which left us without hot water and heating. Had parts readily available enabling a quick repair. Engineer really friendly and efficient and reasonably priced.

Ross and Leon provided an absolutely first rate service when they came and installed our Air source heat pump.
They were extremely professional and fun at the same time.
It's obviously a slightly intrusive installation but it was a pleasure having them here, they put us right at ease.
They consulted us fully about everything, checking we were completely happy with the placement of radiators and pipework.
They explained everything to us fully making sure we were happy with how everything worked before they left.
The service provided by Taggas throughout the whole process was great, with full explanation of what was going to happen prior to the engineers arriving and then a followup call with Cat in the office to check that everything was completed to our satisfaction.
We cannot recommend highly enough.

The service on installation and follow up was very good. We had an issue due to the scaffolding company, and the installation team supported us throughout with sorting this out. The original salesman went through the details well, but I felt could have been more open about other funding options rather than finance, and with how long it takes for solar to be set up with the grid. Overall we are very happy with our solar panels and the installation team.

The tradesmen were spot on, kept everything in good order, polite and very approachable with any questions we had.
The job was done in the time scale we was told by the company with minimum disruption to our home life.

The people at EcoWay were fantastic. Their customer service was genuinely brilliant, I was valued all the way through in to aftercare. I personally chose them because their track record was strong and they delivered on that. They also calculated the most efficient ASHP unit at 8kw, where other big branded names were trying to over sell me 10kw and 12kw at a higher price tag. Their lead engineer, Josh was so respectful and friendly too. They protected all my carpets and wore over shoes when entering, these little touches that separate professionals from those from trying to make a quick buck.

Jack was extremely efficient, helpful and very knowledgeable about the product. He had a very pleasant mannerism and nothing was too much trouble. After the service, Jack was happy to chat and explain further about the product and answered all our questions.
He was also very complimentary of the team that fitted the system which I found virtuous and kind.

We would have made it 10 but lack the option. A tricky job with an altered adapted old system and pipes everywhere.
Despite the lateness of the hour so patient in explaining this novel system and careful in making good even capping redundant chimney.

I had Ross and Kyle install my heater pump from the start which I was dealing with a guy called Ryan which came out and done the assessment every person I have been dealing with in-person and on the phone have been fantastic really super friendly people I would honestly recommend them brilliant service.

Just had Heat Pump fitted with re-pipe work throughout house. Team were fantastic from planning to installation. Whilst onsite installation team kept me informed of any changes needed and even coordinated with my original Solar installer to ensure all worked correctly together. Now have heating and hot water run on electric and waiting for gas to be disconnected from home. Thanks to all, great work and team

The experience from initial quote to final fit as been amazing fully informed of each stage the engineers are all very knowledgeable and explained everything to me about heat source pumps the team that fitted were polite very personable and clean in every axpext Ross the team leader was exceptional I would rate 10 star 🌟 if I could and would not hesitate to recommend TAGGAS to anyone even the owner Tim went out his way to make sure everything went to plan and schedule well done TAGGAS 😉

I consider myself very fortunate to have found Ecoway. I have been researching ASHPs for three years and received proposals from multiple installers. Of the five quotes I had it was clear to me, a Chartered Engineer, that I was dealing with the best engineering team of them all that was really trying to match their solution to my, Victorian, house. Their price was several thousand pounds better than any of the other quotes. They answered my searching questions quickly and convincingly. The installation team worked very hard to get it done in two days and they dealt very promptly and professionally with two little snags. It is clear that Ecoway are trying very hard to run a very professional, high quality business. It would be very churlish to mention any minor shortcomings when my overall experience was very good indeed. Highly recommended.

Jack was informative polite, his time keeping was good, he had good knowledge of the job in hand, and explained to me what he was doing, I am a numpty when it comes to all this but I am more than happy with the service given. I trusted them enough to do the work while I was at work. Also the girls on reception were very efficient and helpful.
