Placed order on 1/11/24. It is now 2/11/24 and I still haven't received anything. I will NEVER order anything from ecrater again. This website is a scam.

Well, I ordered a CD from them quite a while ago and haven’t received it. Their website is very difficult to negotiate, I asked for 24 seven helpline, and it kept going back to a blank space that needed to be filled out which I did three times. Not sure about this company at all

The product was in bad condition. Doesnt work. It was the worst.

I've ordered twice from this merchant and was totally satisfied. He answered all my questions regarding his product very satisfactorily. They arrived exactly as stated, in perfect condition, in the time frame stated. I highly recommend this seller. He is honest.

Item never arrived. Cost £61.50. Seller said it has been held in customs as it is liquid (perfume). Now unable to contact seller, so guess it is a scam. Seller: desireknives - avoid at all costs !

My first experience with Ecrater was exceptional. The product was as stated and downloaded without a hitch. Very pleased with the end result.

Found this site by "accident", so glad as they had my calendar way below Amazon or Books A Million!

I ordered in November from 2 different sellers I still haven't got my order and it's Dec.23 those was Christmas gifts I asked for a refund so I could get him something else no reply..I guess there is going to be a sad little boy.I will never buy from eCRATER again

Once I got incontact with the seller I did get a full refund

Placed an order on the 30th November delevery date said 7th Dec ,after date passed an item not received i contacted seller who advised to allow 12/14 days for delivery at this time of year.we are now on 22nd and still not received have emailed seller again but no response.

Buyer Beware! Purchased a jersey as a Christmas present for our grandson. Repeated requests for tracking info were not answered. eCreator reached out to seller for tracking info. Merchant supplied phony tracking # of 9400109206094127499893. That package had a different delivering address, same town but different house.
Update 12/14/23. No help from eCreator! I have the complete tracking info from USPS for the # that eCreator supposedly received from the merchant. That tracking # is a scam. Although a legitimate #, it has been copied from somewhere and is not for any shipment coming to us. eCreator seems completely indifferent to the idea that one of their merchants scammed us! Update 12/28/23. Still no package. Seller supplied a photo of the supposedly shipped package. Shipping label does not contain a return address! Hmmm! Also, the label contains the same
fraudulent tracking #. I have all the documentation from USPS to verify this. Still, no help from eCreator. Do not shop with them. I have been scammed! I have all documention ready to turn over to US Postal Inspectors. eCreator, please don't try to tell me about checking with the post office. I've been there and have a 3 page report detailing the complete tracking history of the fraudulent tracking # you gave me.
