I have bought several times in edel…

I have bought several times in edel optic and the experiences have been excellent, but on this last occasion the experience has been bad since the sunglasses that I bought at the time of receiving them arrived damaged with damage to the lens and its frame. I hope to be able to solve the problem and be able to receive my product as I ordered and paid

Never buy from these people

I live in Melbourne and bought a pair of sunglasses from them They give a Sydney number in their email stating to phone them with customer service queries. I rang to cancel my order as soon as I purchased it (as I found the same pair $60 - 25% - cheaper elsewhere) knowing there was a 30 day money back guarantee. I was met with a German language answer machine and no one responding, clearly connected to the head office in Germany.I also emailed them several times asking for them to contact me as soon as possible. It took nearly 3 weeks to get a response via email with no apology or recognition of misleading advertising.
Not only is their customer service virtually non-existent their prices are inflated.
I don’t know how people can run a business like this and look themselves in the mirror each day thinking they’re doing a good job.

Returns not working

Returns not working. Good experience up to receiving the glasses (although one pair did get cancelled due to stock issues though it appeared on their site). But there returns form online is not working and their customer service email alias is not responding!

Loved the item

Item is very good but the packaging is very poor and the box it is delivered in is half torn.

Genuine Ferrari Raybans

I saw a pair of Ferrari Raybans for £165 in Sunglass Hut - found them on Edel-optics website for £90. I was a bit sceptical but paid on my credit card just in case there was any issues. I received the tracking information and the sunglasses actually arrived a day earlier, 5 days after ordering. The sunglasses were 100% genuine, in original box with Rayban case, cleaning cloth and certificate of authenticity and for £75 less than they were on sale in the shops! Raybans at almost half price, delivered less than a week from order - what’s not to like?!

Good price zero customer serivce

Good price, good logistic notification, but bad/zero customer service where I called area code 646 number and emailed a few times, I could not get a hold of anybody nor getting any response. The voice msg says the business hour is from 3am to 4am without specifying a time zone, or I need to email somewhere in UK. I guess the customer service is non-existence for USA customers.

Horrible service...

I paid for two frames online and have still not received my payment receipt. Also, delivery was to have been done by 1st September 2021 and this has not happened.
No responses to emails or telephone calls.
Appauling!

I said 5 STAR and I actually write why!

I don’t ever write reviews. But after dealing with two prescription glass stores that took my order, took my money and then said “oh, this frame has been discontinued” - these guys were a pleasure. GREAT pricing and they actually had the pair of Tom Fords I wanted that the other guys said were discontinued. But the best part is that they COMMUNICATED! And everything they said would happen actually happened. They gave me immediate acknowledgement of my order, notice the next day that it had been packed and would be shipped, a tracking number within hours when it had been sent, and even a reminder notice the day the UPS was coming that included an arrival hours window. It sure is nice to ocassionally do business with a company that puts the customer ahead of all else.

Fast shipping, great sunglasses, low prices.

I was starting to regret ordering after reading the reviews - but i wasn't disappointed! Very fast shipping, great authentic Tom Ford sunglasses at a great price. Not sure what all the bad experiences on reviews are about but with paypal and amex buyer security I would definitely buy from them again.

It was nice to receive eyeglasses…

It was nice to receive eyeglasses quickly, although that cost more than the frames. I tried to cancel because the frames are a different size than I thought they would be. I looked everywhere for the same sizes my glasses are( they are 2 years old though), but apparently they don’t make that size anymore 😩 Since the time change is so great, I was unable to get ahold of the company to cancel. I will keep them and decide whether to make sunglasses out them, or progressive lenses! If not for all that I would give them 5 stars!
