I have ordered several Oakley sunglasses from Edel Optics and have never been let down. The price is almost always the best deal available and the product arrives on time and in perfect condition. I have no reason to believe other than the product I have received is a genuine Oakley product.
Some of the reviews I see are about poor delivery times, these may be true but in my opinion are not due to the seller, I will be making future purchases from this merchant.

I ordered a pair of Raybans. They looked ok at first but a week later I took them out of the case and the lenses were completely cracked in to small pieces. They must of been seconds. I have been wearing Raybans for years and this never happened. They are not willing to replace them or refund me. Just a 10 percent off next purchase???? Absolutely awful service

My mam and I bought glasses separately from this site.
My mother ordered the wrong ones and they refunded her fairly quickly and she then bought the correct pair from them.
We're both pretty happy with our purchases so would recommend

One of the worst companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with in recent memory. I ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses and Edel Optics incorrectly sent me a pair of prescription glasses. After a bunch of back and forth emails and requests (being asked to physically send photos of the glasses that arrived), Edel Optics were able to finally concede the glasses were incorrect. When I asked for a refund, Edel Optics informed me that I must first create a return and only when the glasses arrive back at their HQ, they can then submit my return. I informed them I needed the money asap as these sunglasses were specifically purchased for a holiday in a few days, paired with the fact that I physically cannot see out of the prescription glasses they sent me and nope - 0 help or compensation offered.
Avoid if possible, I guess theres a reason they're slightly cheaper than other companies offering the same products - avoid the hassle and go with a reputable brand/company and save yourself the headaches dealing with Edel Optics.

Very speedy delivery of glasses, great quality and very efficient after-sales service. The lowest price I saw for the glasses I ordered.

I ordered sunglasses but got the wrong ones so I sent them back and asked for a refund but never got the money back

Do not order from this company. I placed an order last Thursday and paid for express delivery. My order has not been received yet when I reached out to the company they said I can return item for refund but I haven’t even received the item to return? Absolutely no help to contact shipping.

I ordered a pair of Prada sunglasses from Edel optics. It took 10 days from order to receipt which was okay. On arrival, the outer box was pristine (so no damage in transit) but the Prada box was split from top to corner, the Prada leaflet was crumpled, and the glasses had a small scratch on the lens. Simply put, the glasses were not new. My guess is that they were returned from someone else, and just put directly out for sale without checking the condition. Whatever the reason, sending out a product like that is not good. I returned them. That's the bad part.

The good part is, their ease of return, and communication in general is as good as I've encountered, and I had absolutely no issues with the process. The refund was quick and hassle free.

On authenticity.....I've since bought the same pair from Prada themselves, and the pair I received from Edel looked identical, so I've no reason to think they aren't authentic.

Make from all that what you will. Hope it helps someone make a decision on this company.

I was a bit worried because I only found a handful of poor reviews *after* I purchased from them a rather expensive set of sunglasses. A 25% discount was then too good to be true!

The item arrived today. Perfect condition, well packaged, the provided sunglasses case fits perfectly, etc.

Definitely will come back next time.

Unfortunately, I would not purchase with them again. I paid for express delivery and my item arrived 5 days late - very poor communication between both UPS and Edel-Optics. I had to chase up the item multiple times via email and phone, which arrived on the day I had already left the country. EO did however refund my delivery fee after I complained so that was appreciated. When the parcel arrived, it was in very poor condition, ripped and scribbled on all over. The sunglasses were in the wrong size case (far too big) and with loose, uneven arms. I don’t even want the hassle of a refund/return considering the other poor reviews, so I will get them repaired locally. I would not recommend this website.

I returned 2 items several weeks ago but have not received a refund. I've emailed the company several times about this but they are not replying. I'm now worried that I have been scammed

Was delighted to find the same sunglasses I had lost recently on Edel Optics and at a very good price.
Communication was good throughout and the glasses arrived safely and packaged very well.
They took about 3 weeks to arrive to Ireland so shipping wasn't quick but I was not in a rush to receive them.

Bought a pair of Ray Bans that I had previously lost while on holidays. I was expecting them around June 2nd but they are already with me ! Very happy with them they are the real thing and perfect!

Bought prescription sunglasses off this site and found them excellent. Great quality product and delivererd very quickly. Would definitely use edel-optics again.

My order never arrived and was returned to sender for some reason and despite multiple attempts to contact support I never once received a reply from them. Non of content customer service from these guys so use another website that has proper customer support these guys don't even have the courtesy to reply to their customers.

I'm currently still awaiting the refund too.
