SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! They dont respond to emails, they dont send the glasses either. I made a purchase over a month ago, the website said 5 days until i should get them, then an email saying 2.5 weeks!!! 4 weeks later and still no glasses, no response from them either. Pure scam, stay away.

Scam service. Takes money does not ship item. Buyers beware. robbie is a thief from dublin

Lovely experience in the store today! Robbie and Glenn were so friendly and helpful and replaced my mum's lenses in her sunglasses there and then. Would highly recommend! Will be back in soon for a new pair for myself!

Excellent service from the guys from start to finish. Helped greatly with picking out a pair of Tom Ford frames for reading glasses and no problem getting me multiple pairs to try until I was happy. Very prompt turnaround to get the lenses also. Highly recommend.

Do not buy glasses from this company. When buying their glasses response on their WhatsApp and emails was very responsive but as soon as the glasses were bought, I heard nothing. They took the order and Mr lamb emailed to say that I would have the glasses within five days, so I bought them. I explained I needed them in the 5 days and was assured it would have them. The day they were due to be delivered, I contacted them and as I hadn’t heard anything and they now say that they hadn’t got them in stock and won’t have them till the following week and then for delivery. Why did they take an order knowing that they hadn’t got the glasses in stock and could not fulfil it.
They are not the cheapest online but went for an Irish company thinking they’d be able to deliver faster.
Buy your glasses from anyone else as this company don’t give a damn about customer service. They’ve left me high and dry scrambling to get the glasses elsewhere asap.

My wife purchased a pair of sunglasses from this store more than two months ago, at the beginning the answered emails with the tracking of the shipment, after more than a month waiting, emails stopped being answered and now they have stolen my wife’s money because she didn’t get her sunglasses.

Big thank you to Robbie and team for all their help repairing my sunglasses. They were a pleasure to deal with thoughout - Delighted to recommend.

I thought I would need to replace my favourite pair of sunglasses, when I found out Sunglasses.ie can fix them and replace the lenses. Now they're like new and it cost me a fraction of the price of a new pair.

Sunglasses.ie is the only place I trust for sun or regular glasses. Robbie is expert at advising on the right frame for face shape. He is really invested in each customer and has a wonderful range of up to date styles . I literally won’t go anywhere else for glasses or sunglasses .

Great range choices of frames in store and brilliant advice about choice of frames too for prescription lenses.
Customer service was also excellent when I needed a repair.

I recently visit sunglasses.ie to enquire about some new pair of sunglasses and to also get my favourite pair repaired. Robby and his staff went above and beyond to help me. Would highly recommend them.

A wonderful experience. No hard sales pitch. Listened to what we wanted. Friendly, kind and patient. Had every frame imaginable out in seconds. Overall a brilliant shopping expierence. Hence we bought 2 pairs. We will be back. Thanks Robbie

This website is a SCAM. They advertise '40.000 references' on their website, which is obviously more than a small Dublin brick and mortar shop can stock. The reason is: almost NONE of these are in stock, and they are basically doing dropshipping -> taking the orders and the money, sending an automated email "your order has been placed 'on hold' and we are doing our best (...)" and then either taking MONTHS to source and ship the item (best case scenario) or just ignoring the order completely. NO customer service, NO response of any kind, NO accountability. You will be left with no other option but to dispute the transaction with your bank.

Very poor service, delayed delivery of my prescription glasses, no single response to over 4 emails and a hopeless process.

Needed a lense replaced on a pair of sunglasses. I was charged for a pair of lenses as they could not be bought individually. When I asked for the second lense they could not provide me with it. I have called the shop on numerous occasions but nobody got back to me on each time. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
