Nodular ring cushion not suitable for purpose.
When I complained about the Nodular memory foam ring cushion not suitable for purpose I was met with hostility and no understanding. The conversation with the assistant was embarrassing and not private as she had been chatting to a friend who was sat next to the desk. Yes, I appreciated that because I had used it I couldn’t return it for refund, but that really i found it useless, flat as a pancake and no memory or support at all. Plus at £48 a complete rip off. I will never buy anything from this company again. Will buy from Amazon at a third of the price.

The pleasant,friendly approach of staff in the Huddersfield shop was welcoming and reassuring.
We were given all of the relevant information regarding the choice of scooter and also a demonstration of how to fold the scooter.
The staff demonstrated patience combined with excellent customer service.

Ladies who care work in this shop
Went in this shop in Huddersfield town centre for a strap to secure my crutch to my wrist so I dont put it down and lose it.
Met 2 gorgeous young ladies who showed me where they were in fact my first words when I went in the shop were "i know you are gonna say no but I dont suppose u sell a strap for a crutch " ????.
I have never ever come across 2 more lovely helpful ladies ever.
Anyway I am now going back to their shop to purchase a cushion for a family member who has had an unfortunate accident and hurt her coxix.
This happened over 5 wks ago and she is in considerable pain with it .
I was given a magazine off these 2 lovely ladies and immediately spotted the item that will be perfect for my sister.
What a brilliant idea to give customers a magazine as not everyone uses a computer of the older generation.
Top marks who ever thought that one up.
So happy I went in that shop as I have passed it a thousand times and never gone in.
It makes a difference having lovely helpful staff
Gaby and Ebony are the 2 wonderful ladies who work there and both are a fantastic asset to the company they work for.

Me and my husband called into the shop in Huddersfield on the of chance just to have a look at the chairs has I am having a full knee replacement in a few weeks time , the lady who help in the shop had the best customer service her name is Gabrielle parkin she sure new her stuff , I wish all shop attendants where the , i bought a chair called motion hamdon charcoal chair .

My husband and I called into the Huddersfield shop on the off chance, just to have a look at the chairs as I’m having a full knee replacement in a few weeks. The lady who helped us, Gabrielle Parkin, gave us the best customer service. She really knew her stuff and was incredibly helpful throughout. I wish all shop attendants were like her.
I ended up buying the Motion Hamdon charcoal chair and I’m so looking forward to the delivery.

I came into store today to purchase a walker with a seat for my Mum. Gabby was really friendly and made the experience so lighthearted and enjoyable. She was happy to have a joke with my Dad and made something that was new for us feel a lot less daunting. She explained everything in really simple terms and we felt really supported.
