Brilliant company.
Brilliant company that has lots to offer. Visiting their showroom to see ideas in person was very helpful to finalise the decision making. Surveyor, Paul was very knowledgeable and helped with our queries. Installer, Grant was very efficient, and has done a great job with the door, his handover was very thorough, leaving us with no worries just happy customers. Installation office manager, Bridget was also helpful on the phone handling all the financials making the process entirely smooth. Eden was professional from beginning to end, delivering us a high quality door at very reasonable prices.

SO very disappointed in their customer service.
My new front door has been hung the wrong way, at no point in the process did the sales person or surveyor discuss changing the way that the door was hung, And im not sure why you would change the way that it is hung.
The fitters even questioned the change in the way that the door was hung, and found it a very odd decision.
The paperwork that i had made it very hard to interpret that this had been ordered differently, and from what side the view of the door was on the drawings.
There is absolutely no customer service or conversation to resolve the problem, ( just hiding behind a email and demanding final payment) apart from the offer of a new door at cost price ... as a OAP who has been saving and waiting years for a new front door, this is not what I expect from a supposedly reputable company.
So I am now stuck with a door that is difficult to open due to the internal layout of my hallway, the prospect of having to have my electrics changed ( as a OAP i need to turn the lights on when i come in ) , which in turn means i have to completely redecorate ... all of this comes down to simple communication , or the lack of it from the salesperson and the surveyor
The lack of customer service or willingness to resolve this is incredibly disappointing, I'm not one to normally write reviews, but on this occasion I'm so upset with what I have been left with that I feel I need to warn others to avoid this company due to their poor customer service.

Following our records, the door configuration was detailed and confirmed on multiple occasions throughout the process, including:
1. The original contract, signed on 28/11/2024, specifying the door’s handing.
2. The survey conducted on 02/12/2024, where the configuration was verified and signed off.
3. The Order Acknowledgment issued on 03/12/2024, confirming all specifications, which was followed by your payment.
At no stage were any concerns raised about the door’s handing prior to installation.
Our fitters, as always, carried out the work precisely as per the agreed specifications.
We understand that this has come as an unexpected issue for you, and we regret that you feel let down.
We have offered a new door at cost price as a goodwill gesture, and while we appreciate this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, we believe this is a fair and reasonable offer given the documentation and approvals in place.
Our team remains available should you wish to discuss this further.

Just closed my new front door after…
Just closed my new front door after having all windows and doors replaced. I'm not a great one for leaving reviews but Eden have gone above and beyond. Seamless process from order to install. Lee and Ryan have to be the best you can get. Long days, always cheerful, obviously know their trade and excel at it. They also leave no trace (other than new windows and doors) that they have been there. Really cannot fault them and Eden and their customers are lucky to have them. If Carlsberg did window fitters...

Had windows & doors fitted Monday 9th & Tuesday 10th December.
Martin & Dave were the fitters. The product was made to a high standard and the fitting was very well done. Completed on time, very professional.
Martin & Dave were very personable and as long as you keep them supplied with good quality coffee they will be very happy. Just don't mix up the 1 sugar and no sugar.
Very pleased I will be getting them back in the new year for a conservatory fitting.

From start to finish from showroom,updates on manufacturing and installation, very professional.
The fitters Lee and Ryan were brilliant, it was really cold the days they were on site and the second day was heavy rain but they kept going with no breaks,great guys, very courteous and professional,a fantastic job we are so pleased and would highly recommend Eden.
