Good Work on our windows and door installation
Over the last 2 days, Lee and Ryan installed a new front door and new windows at our home. They were punctual, conscientious and hardworking. Their work was very neat and they were careful to protect our property and belongings as they worked. They were also respectful and polite. Perfect Orangery Built
As our first time to enquiry about building an orangery, we asked for many quotes from various companies, and ending up mostly disappointed with either their unprofessionalism and bad communications, some never even bothered gave us the design pictures - then asked for deposit straight away.
Cliff from Eden windows patiently guided my parents through all of the procedures and possible designs. He was the initial factor that we chose Eden Windows - the transparency and valuable advices for us. Real gem in his field.
The the excellent communications with email from Bridget made everything speedy and efficiently arranged, every craftsman we have met through Eden were friendly, polite and professional with perfect jobs done.
Special thanks to Steve and Adam for being so patient through out the window installations. We would love to have you two to install our next project

The fitters Lee and Ryan arrived very…
The fitters Lee and Ryan arrived very promptly and didn’t leave until the last bit of dust was hoovered up and each piece of furniture returned to it’s location. They were working for ten and a half hours and didn’t stop for lunch.
They went above and beyond when putting in the front door as my old one and its corresponding window had not been installed correctly or safely so they had to do much more than was expected.
The shutters are beautiful and work perfectly thanks to the diligent installation i.e the constant levelling and measuring.

Steve and Adam did very well with our job, despite the difficulties - working in intense sunshine 30 degrees and having to cope with our builders being in their way. We are very pleased with the new patio doors.

Eden Windows Doors & Conservatories/ Eden Trade Frames Limited (t/a Eden Windows)
We knew what we were looking for before the salesman attended our property , so he really didn’t have to do too much work to do.
We selected the door furniture we wanted from a brochure. No brochure available for our retention.
Installation team/ surveyor - installed and all was fine.
We realised that the door knocker swayed in the wind, and knocked repeatedly , and if you leant against it. Thumb turn inside the door, was a different fabric to the rest of the door, and finally a coupler ( exterior UPVC ) looked like it had been missed on the cutting by the factory, quite simple things to address, you would think. Wrong!
We were fobbed off at every opportunity, even though their surveyor came to check the issues and videos sent to the company of the self-operating door knocker.

1. Interactions with Staff: You were not only rude to me but also to several of our team members. Attempts to communicate with you were met with condescension and attempts to bully our staff. When we assert ourselves in response, it seems you interpret this as rudeness.
2. Chrome Thumb Turn: The resolution of the issue with the chrome thumb turn was a result of our efforts to find an alternative barrel, not a simple "hey presto" situation. The product you insisted upon is not up to our usual high standards, but we accommodated your request.
3. Professional Background: Your husband's background as a retired export sales manager and electronics engineer is not relevant to our industry. It’s akin to me claiming expertise as an airline pilot without the necessary experience.
We are actually relieved to hear that you chose another company for your additional windows. Dealing with such an unreasonably demanding and rude customer is not something we wish to repeat. Regarding your threat to post a negative review on Trustpilot, please understand that Eden Windows will defend itself against any unfair or defamatory statements. We will not be coerced into further discounts through such threats.
The offer for a further discount has been refused and will not be increased. My decision on this matter is final, and I do not need to consult the Managing Director for further validation.
Please be aware that until the outstanding balance is paid, your file will be placed on hold, and you will not receive any warranties or certifications related to your purchase.
