Just moved to EDF Refreshing Customer services

Just moved to EDF and this was my 3rd contact with their customer service's and it was everything I had hoped for as my previous supplier was useless, Phone could ring for absolute ages.
So Many thanks to Georgia Team 18d for sorting out all my queries quickly and efferently.

Lovely lady on the phone her name is…

Lovely lady on the phone her name is was Layla she was very helpful my son came up so he spoke to her I have beeen without gas for two days ,it have never happened before,I am not blaming anybody because I didn’t know what happened,but it only since the gentleman came to read my meter I wonder if he didn’t press the button back on after he checked it ,I can’t prove it but I was out of gas since then .i have had a chest infection all the week so I didn’t do any cooking so there I sent any proof how long it had been off.thank you for your help but I don’t feel confident any more this have never happened before all the years I have been with you .best wishes Mrs Alice Williams.

I spoke with Andrew yesterday after…

I spoke with Andrew yesterday after being in a flap with no electric he was great ,friendly and knowledgeable.
He calmed me down and explained everything to me. He got me back on service without any issues great at he’s job! Thank you def and thank you Andrew
