Avoid these estate agents!! We were told we would be moving into a property within a week of applying, we were accepted by the landlord but have had almost non existent contact since. I’ve chased up any kind of update from them and they have been extremely blunt and unprofessional when I’ve spoken to them. The property has since been removed from the market with no warning!
Very amateur, with no apology at any time when chasing up updates. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
Avoid! This estate agent is extremely unprofessional and biased. Their communication is non-existent and they lie to landlords about prospective tenants in order to get their preferred tenant in whether in the landlords best interest or not! If they don't take an application fee, they've already made up their mind your not getting it... unscrupulous!
