We are really happy with our solar panels, which are generating power for us even in winter, and have significantly lowered our electric bill. EE renewables were suggested as part of the solar together wiltshire scheme, and I am very happy with the install and performance.

From the initial survey to the final installation the project was completed in a very professional and timely manner. All communications were clear and precise with prompt supply of the associated documentation. Very pleased with the service provided by EE.

We were directed to EE by the solar together scheme in Somerset. From the start communication was clear, pleasant and prompt. The surveyor for the solar really knew his job, was very engaging and responded straight away to our subsequent questions and changes ( we kept upping the number of panels). It was great to see a quote significantly below previous ones.The installation was done with a short lead time and was done both quickly and well, in about 6 hours. The electrician routed the cables so they weren’t obtrusive and the panel installers were very tidy and precise. After the start we have had some great help getting used to using the system ( and also from Octopus) and we have been pleasantly surprised at the immediate impact on our electric bills. We really hadn’t appreciated it doesn’t need blazing sunshine to work and we had some zero cost days almost straight away in February. Delighted we’ve taken the plunge and can think of no better partners to start our solar journey with.

V easy and smooth process and installation from EE renewables. All of the people I spoke to were Knowledgable, receptive and responsive to questions.
The installation went very well although the scaffolders didn't turn up on the day they were meant to (separate company to EE)
Just note that the waiting time for installation may be long due to the demand for Solar at the moment
I'd happily recommend EE, my system is performing better than expected, my electricity bills have dramatically dropped.

We have had our solar panels installed for about 5 weeks now and have felt the benefit almost immediately with reduced electric cost (44% in February).

This was an excellent service from start to completion. The survey was thorough, scaffolding erected on time and swiftly and the installation was surprisingly swift and efficient. Once installed a very thorough explanation was given as to functionality and the monitoring package was installed and explained on my iPad. An excellent experience over all.

We participated in the North Somerset Solar Together Scheme, ending with an 11-panel configuration with battery. The price was very competitive and the interaction with the Operations Team was second to none - nice to talk to people, rather than a web page!

The installation was much quicker than we expected - (low) scaffolding up on Monday, EE installers (2 roofers, one electrician) in at 9 on Tuesday. Installation completed and running by 1330, including setting up the phone app. And luckily the next day had some sunshine so substantial power and battery charging was demonstrable.

We’re really pleased with the service fromEE Renewables thus far and would recommend to our friends.

We have had solar panels for the last 14 years & decided this year to get a storage battery through the North Somerset Solar Together Scheme. EE Renewables have been excellent throughout, from the first contact telephone call, the site survey & the actual installation. Initially, we were just going to have the battery but I sought their advice & they also installed an EV Charger. Nathan carried out the installations - a morning's work - & he was a pleasure to have around, explaining things & also ensuring that the phone apps were working correctly. Their office Operations Team is also very professional & efficient. So in summary, we have been extremely pleased with how it's all gone & would have no hesitation in recommending EE Renewables.

Still early days but progressed under Solar Together. Good feedback, good price and the installation team (scaffolding, solar, electrical) all friendly and good workers. My only niggle being the solar installation wiring in the loft. EE Renewables suggested I didn’t need to pay until satisfied and they returned and explained options and adjusted to my satisfaction. Impressed with their service.

EE Renewables where selected via the Wiltshire Solar Together Scheme. From the time I agreed to go ahead, they provided efficient and timely service, from the initial survey, to the quotation and was then kept informed of when the installation would take place. The price quoted was very good compared to a previous quote and what I have heard others being charged.
Installation happened on the dates agreed and despite one minor issue of an electrician being unavailable on the day, this was quickly rescheduled and work was completed within the week of the Solar panels being installed.
Follow up handover pack including all guarantees delivered less than a week later with the final invoice (less deposit) to be paid.
System seems to be working well, already generating more electricity then I am using, despite this being in the middle of January with horrible weather!
So good experience so far and would recommend this company if you are thinking ofd getting solar panels installed.

EE Renewables fitted a battery installation recently at my property to support an existing array of solar panels. Retrofits of this kind are not always easy, but on this occasion EE Renewables did a first rate job from start to finish. The installation provided is well engineered and was fitted with the minimum hassle. I was particularly impressed by the installer who worked without complaint into the early evening to get things right. Their operation is supported by customer service of the highest order across the board: appointments are fulfilled on time, promises made are fulfilled, and the technical support provided is both patient and reliable. A job well done all round: I have no hesitation in recommending the company for the quality of their work in this field.

EE Renewables installed 5kWp of solar panels and a 5kWh battery for me, under the Somerset "Solar Together" scheme. From the very first contact with EE, they have been friendly, professional and efficient, answering my queries promptly and completing installation in under a day. The system design and the components provided are of good quality and despite some complications around connection to our mains supply (very little space to do so), the installation team persevered, resulting in a tidy and unobtrusive solution. "Solar Together" seems to have been a bit hit or miss in some areas, but in this case I am confident that I have received a good system, at a fair price, from an excellent installer.

As an elderly widow, I approach any work on my bungalow, especially large projects, with some trepidation. In the case of solar panels, I need not have worried one jot. EERenewables are not only professional in workmanship to the nth degree, but also friendly and responsive to their customers. From start to finish I've not had a moment of worry. The scaffolders solved the problem of no side entrance by taking everything over the roof! Concern over a roof tile, cracked before EER started work, entailed three subsequent visits by a roofer to locate and replace it. At all times there was determination to solve the prioblem. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
