A great Service - Having had ten solar panels, an e-car charger & storage battery all installed by EE-Renewables here at our house in North Somerset, we are very pleased with the outcome & all the work that was carried out. The installation guys were very professional, efficient and friendly, & were prepared to answer any of our questions.

We used EE renewables as part of the Solar Together project. The whole team offered fantastic faultless service. From beginning to end everyone has been helpful and courteous, turning up on the correct day at the time booked. We even had our panels a day earlier than planned (with our agreement). This included the admin team, scaffolding team and all the installation team (who worked in freezing temperatures without complaining). After spending 18 months of dealing with other companies, with no shows and quotes then no response we are delighted with our new solar panels.

We recently had 10 solar panels and a battery installed as part of the Solar Together scheme in Wiltshire. The entire process was carried out with the utmost professionalism. The surveyor arrived on time and provided a detailed proposal. The scaffolding was installed on time. The one-day installation was carried by Nathan and Oscar. The care and consideration that was applied by both during the installation was appreciated as was all the information they imparted before they left, in fact it was a pleasure to have them around.

EE Renewables are a really good company . Their product and customer service is exceptional. They always sort out any problems that I have had.

November 2024 I had solar panels, battery storage, and car charger units fitted to my property by EE renewables, from start to finish I have never met such a professional knowledgeable friendly set of people to deal with. Any questions I had were immediately answered and explained in a language a layman like me understood. The products they provided and fitted were of the highest standard I could have wished for. Nathan, Tom and there apprentice ( sorry couldn't remember his name) were the nicest clean tidy working lads, nothing to much trouble and so polite. Nathan installed the main content of electrical equipment he was meticulous and extremely fussy about the appearance and finish of his work. At the end of the day he spent time explaining how everything worked and loaded the app onto my phone, being the non geek that I am it was a blessing. Finally I have to thank all the office staff I dealt with especially Dave, Luke and Bethany. As you can gather I would recommend EE Renewables 100 per cent professional and honest is an understatement. Thank you guys for your hard work.

From the first contact engagement has been superb with prompt replies to enquiries, friendly but professional advice and information. The fitting process was smooth, despite the stormy weather and the site was left clean with any rubbish removed. I would thoroughly recommend EE Renewables

Absolutely good service all the way through, from office contact to scaffolders arriving a day early. On Solar day everyone arrived on time introduced themselves and talked through the procedures for the day. Everything went better than planned as the upstairs carpet did not have to be lifted. All cleared after themselves and had plenty of patience whilst explaining, showing and installing the app on mine and my sons phone. In fact it was all good only problem we can't stop looking at our read outs. Considering the time of year we have had one day at 65% self sufficient ok we know it won't happen every day but prognosis for summer months look pretty good. Thank You EE. Lesley

They do a good job starting with a proper and considered onsite survey, through to a steady install and completion. They have also responded well to post-installation questions and configuration requests for new electricity provider tariff adoption. Highly recommend them.

We had solar panels and battery installed as part of Wiltshire Council scheme Solar Together. Can highly recommend EE Renewables everything went ahead on schedule and installation completed in one day. Verity Harvey was extremely helpful with an issue with Fox Cloud 2 app.

We needed our solar panels servicing and thoroughly checked as part of an audit & insurance review. Maria the Maintenance Manager are/were unbelievable with comms and organising the guys to come in to complete the service. On the day, they were prompt, really professional and great with info and help for us going forward.

I will also add, that I did ask around for quotes, the amount of companies (UK as well as in our location) would not entertain this service, even though advertising it on their websites. This goes to show and highlight the helpfulness of EE Renewables.

Would Highly recommend EE Renewables, arrived on time and was motivated and knowledge to service my solar. All connections checked cleaned and if required replaced. When checking inverter noted it was mounted incorrectly and rectified the mounting.

Efficient and professional service from start to finish. Fair and transparent advice provided at all stages with no attempt to oversell (rare and appreciated). The roof team and the electricians were polite, pleasant, professional, too, and the back up communications and accounts personnel have all been excellent.

EE Renewables installed a Solar Battery and inverter to compliment the solar panels already in situ under the Wiltshire Together Solar programme. I was very happy with EE Renewables who were professional, polite and helpful, right through the survey and installation process. At the end they also helped by setting up the app. I would recommend and use EE Renewables again.

Very pleased with the installation process and the final product which even in late October is generating significant power for us.

The initial surveyor, the office team, the scaffolders, the installation team and the electrician were all excellent, friendly and kept me absolutely in the loop throughout.... and answered my stream of questions!

One of the scaffolders slipped and damaged a couple of tiles (he was uninjured) and immediately rang the doorbell to let me know. They replaced the broken tiles with new ones the same day after undertaking about a 20 miles round trip to buy replacements.

Our installation was not average in that it included 3 different roofs accessed via 2 separate loft spaces and required 3 separate scaffold platforms.

This was via the Wiltshire Solar Together scheme. It has subsequently been inspected by Solar Together (I understand that about one in 20 randomly selected installations are subsequently inspected) and the inspector seemed entirely happy with all aspects of the system.

Overall I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EE Renewables for their customer-easy, well priced installation with an excellent end result.
