The fault with the datalogger was quickly identified and a replacement fitted on engineer’s second visit. This was all arranged very swiftly and efficiently.

Solar Battery and Coupler installed by EERenewables through the wiltshire Solar Together programme. This was an add on to existing solar panels already inplace. All contact with EE Renwables was professional, polite and helpful, from the initial contact to arrange survey right through to installation and finally payment. Dave who carried out the survey was very helpful in advising what was required for our needs followed up by Conor who installed the equipment. He was very helpful, clean and tidy, also set up the app ready to use. Even at the time of payment Luke was extremley helpful. I would recommend and use EERenwables again.

This all worked really well for us. The surveyor was clear and helpful about what was needed. The company was helpful in co-ordinating the work with other roof work we were having done. Doug and Connor were friendly and efficient. All good.

Installation of solar panels, inverter and battery by EE through Eon. Whole process exceptionally well-handled with EE, Eon and scaffolders working seamlessly together. Staff from project manager, through office and installation team friendly and helpful and consulted carefully throughout. An impressive piece of work all round.

From beginning to end, a really great service. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous staff; installation took less than a day to be up and running. Great value.

Every aspect from initial survey to the completed work was done with great professionalism, care and consideration. Most impressed with every member of staff we have been in contact with. Would highly recommend. Excellent service

I had six solar panels, an inverter and a battery fitted by EE Renewables through the Wiltshire Solar Together programme in September 2024. Every member of the team I dealt with - the admin staff in the office, the surveyor, and the team who came to install the equipment - was professional, helpful, polite, and efficient. They are the model of how to do this and there isn't anything they could have done better. The scaffolding went up two days in advance, the installation was done in less than a day, the instructions on how to use the app were clear, and when I had a query about the app it was answered quickly when I phoned the help desk. And even on cloudy/rainy days 30% of the house's electricity needs are currently being met by the panels. Brilliant all round!

Had a PV 12 panel solar and battery installation on Tue 1 Oct 2024. Many thanks to Connor, Carl and Bobby. They arrived on time, were very well organised, did the job very professionally, to a high standard and cleaned-up after them. They were very happy to explain the installation, including the App and answer questions. They took pride in their work.

A bracket or brackets securing one of our panels came lose, resulting in the panel not sitting square on the roof.
Reported it by phone to EE Renewables on 3 Oct. They visited my home to fix the issue on Monday, 6 Oct. Came when they said they would and efficiently resolved the problem. Many thanks to Bobby. Again very organised, they knew exactly what had to be done. Very fast , efficient and professional.

Their customer services are very good - they answer their phone promptly, answer queries quickly and accurately: they do what they say when they say they’ll do it and to a very high standard.

I am very pleased with the system - today a rainy day with the odd sunny spell, charged my battery from zero to 100% in 3 hours. Over the last 6 days, our grid electricity use has dropped by 80%. Once we have our MCS id, we’ll be able to schedule our battery to charge by the grid during the cheap tariff time, on any occasion when the panels can’t fully charge it, saving more money. And of course we’re exporting our excess generation to the grid.

In summary, I give EE Renewables:
10/10. Can’t fault them.

Just completed a 'Solar Together' installation near Salisbury. Absolutely delighted with the results, which were achieved in remarkably quick time. Everyone at EE Renewables was terrific. I understand it’s a family firm. A pleasure to deal with. Rees, Owen, Sean, Oscar, Curtis, Bethany and Emily. It's so unusual to find a firm where everyone is reliable, cheerful and knowledgable.
We had a slightly tricky set-up where the panels were to be installed on a building away from the main house. Normally this would require a data cable to connect the two, and we didn't want to dig up our driveway. EE Renewables (Sean) came up with a plan that solved the problem wirelessly, for modest extra cost.
I'm also very fussy about detail, and so position of equipment and wiring was important to me. EE Renewables could not have taken more trouble. They even sent their roofing guys to do the panel installation on a weekend, because we were due to go on holiday. This firm offers customer service of rare quality.

A very pleasant young man installed the battery system. Completed without any problems in good time.

EE Renewables were recommended to us by a contact who had given us some previous advice on our solar panels.
Our solar panel system had stopped working so an engineer was sent out to assess and soon after a new inverter was installed and our system was back up and running as normal.

We had solar panels, a battery, ev charger and iBoost installed last year through Surrey Solar Together. Right from the start we felt fully informed. The team at EE are helpful and responsive. We had some problems with our battery but they were very helpful and supportive and did resolve the issue satisfactorily. Recently, it became evident that we would need our roof replaced, necessitating the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels. The team at EE were extremely accommodating, fitting in with our roofer's schedule, and completed the work efficiently and tidily.
