Horrendous delivery experience
The delivery driver could have gone into the building to give the flowers to the recipient instead the driver decided to leave them in a gap beside an open door where rubbish is kept and wild animals can get to eg foxes. This delivery was to a business unit but although the factory downstairs may not have had any workers there at that time there was some one in the upstairs office. We had to send the drivers picture of the location to the recipient the next day, the box was then damaged and the flowers were wilted and so the vase didn't get used either. Not happy at all. We know the package would've left you in good condition so this is the delivery drivers fault. Sadly that will deter us from using Eflorist again with those couriers.
