Poor quality, bad delivery.
The quality of the flowers were no as good as I would have liked. The roses were brown on the edges. The delivery probably didn’t help as they were left in the sun in a box.

Excellent after sales service
Easy to order, flowers arrived were not great including the packaging they arrived in. I sent photos in to raise the issue, they were very apologetic and without hesitation offered to replace which I accepted. Customer services are 5*, I will continue to use this company in the future.

sisters birthday
I ordered from Elforist 1st time but will not use again,
i ordered Prosecco De fuser card and flowers, the flowers arrived in a broken box, left in the direct sun by Evri broken heads on the flowers, the other items no sign of them, i emailed the company to be told oh we can't send our a replacement !!!!!! so my Sister had some flowers but so unhappy will never uses again.

My flowers were damaged in transit
My flowers were damaged in transit, but I was not informed by Eflorist. I only found out, while tracking the shipment, By then it was too late. Eflorist was unable to resend the flower the same day, eventhough it was a special occassion. It took two additional days. No compensation was offered. I wasn't looking for a cashback, but maybe a bigger bouquet or something, or the transport costs refunded as the delivery was late. I had expected Eflorist to make a bigger effort.....

I will not ever use again.
The flowers arrived 3 days late and almost dead as they’d been without water for so long.
To make matters worse I complained and they sent a replacement bunch of flowers which also took 3 days to arrive!
Not sure they realise that flowers are living things and need water
Terrible service the birthday surprise ruined and a wasted of time flowers money and delivery drivers time and fuel !
