Terrible for matches, no matter how I change search critia it kept giving me matches 150+ miles away. You can't put a person on "hold" without liking their profile, so if their's is incomplete (ie no... See more

Very few matches, many with no photo.
Very few matches, many without photos. Useless.
Very responsive and helpful
Lower than 1 star if I could
Lower than 1 star if I could. Watch out for this site. Cancelled within my 14 day rights and charged £60 with hidden charges. Complete scam.DO NOT USE THIS site.
Misleading and unethical business
Misleading customer service. Automatic renewal is in place automatically for the entire year charge. Even you cancel 2 days after the renewal has started you won’t get a penny back and get charged for the entire year when you no longer wish to use them. No 14 days cancellation applies even though this mentioned in the policy. So unethical business. Must not try to use them.
Rip off scam
Not used app in 6 months and expected to pay 2nd subscription payment. System isnt user friendly and email responses seem to come from bots. Price is very excessive. Wont be using again
The worst experience I ever had
The worst experience I ever had, but I can now understand why they lock you in for a long term; they've learnt people won't return so they shake you down for all you've got. The site has poor security, with people allowed to join without having a single photo. I've never received a single match and most of possible dates are on another continent. Why are they allowed to trade in the UK I can't fathom. "Like" feature is childish at best, seeing this is a dating site with a view to finding a match, real conversation should be encouraged.
My impending romance.
I'm impressed with the way eharmony treats their clients
What is the point of a dating app that…
What is the point of a dating app that matches you with people hundreds of miles away, just because the personality test you are forced to do, at a cost of 65 quid, matches someone miles away.. also I cancelled within the 14 days yet it still cost me 65 quid.. awful 😞
Horrible
Just a cheap cashgrab, signed upto it after knowing of it for years they go through this whole BS of personalising your profile taking quizes. Once your in everything was locked unless you paid £11 a month. Couldn't even message. Not even like 5 free messages a day. Its bad that you have this platform and even Tinder has more credibility than this crap.
Consumer Rights Act 2015
I'm sure that under the 14 day rule under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they should be giving a full refund....their Ts&C's don't trump an Act of Parliament... Disgruntled trial customer..... it's about time Trading Standards investigated.

I think it not to bad but most the people are to far away from where I live
Just joined eHarmony
Just joined eHarmony, so far everything seems straightforward, obviously you need to subscribe before you can really start using the site but that is common to all platforms. Time will tell if it was a worthwhile investment.
Like the site
Like the site, but once you move on from someone’s profile, you can’t go back.perhaps it would be useful to be able to return back, two or three.
The site is not user friendly compared…
The site is not user friendly compared with similar sites. When I tried to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period it was impossible. I was charged for the personality analysis!! Complete scam . I would suggest everyone users Encounters Dating.com a far more superior site!!
Tech issues and I’m charged!!!
I bought a six month plan and I found photos of people wouldn’t load - (tech issue NOT profilers not adding them) tried removing cookies, reloading etc still same problem contacted customer service who kept insisting it was profiler not adding them when it wasn’t - even my list of liked people ALL had no photos - clearly a tech issue, I said as it was less then a week of joining I would like a refund - they were not fulfilling what I paid for… so without much discussion they refunded minus a fee (of half what I paid!) for my match analysis!!!!
I am ONLY leaving as the app is not working as it should why should I be charged for something not working correctly??? I emailed to complain and they haven’t even bothered answering this!!!!
DO NOT JOIN UP very expensive & DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY & CUSTOMER SERVICE is APPALLING!
Dont do it
I would not recommend. Its overpriced and you get stuck with a years contract thats met with intransigence. To the point they would go to debt recovery agency if you stopped paying, even if you could not afford it. Another form of emotional black mail really
Thankfully if you are in the UK
Thankfully if you are in the UK, you can use the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
This allows a 14 day cooling off period if you change your mind after subscribing, eHarmony are bound to this law if they have UK members and wishing to cancel within 14 days without penalty.
Self determine distances
Great that the filters can narrow down the search field. Would it be possible to let the user put in the search distance, rather than pick from the default <20km, <50km...? I would be prepared to travel further than 20km but if I choose <50km, I get lots of details of men from around Manchester and South Yorkshire (around 40 miles with 2+ motorway stretches from north Leeds). Thanks
Don’t bother, use Hinge
Expensive, fake profiles, can’t use the advertised benefits as not enough real profiles. I set at 100 miles from home, took off by compatibility filters, 10 year age bracket and 100 miles from home. Got 5 profiles with no photos. Have weeks without any visitors to my profile. If you look closely many of profiles haven’t been online for a month and all on same day. Customer services just tell me I need to be patient and how to set preferences correctly. Absolute rubbish. Hinge better, cheaper and you can leave when you meet someone. Save your money and use Hinge. This is utter crap masquerading as premium.
