When my daughter's bracelet was badly frayed, after only 9 months, I emailed El Camino, with a photo, showing them the problem. We have been customers for many years and never had a bracelet fray before. I received a quick, friendly reply from Jenny saying she thought that one of the cords had been faulty, so once they had received it back from me I received a replacement the next day.

They were extremely flexible when I asked to amend my order. The whole process was handled really well and the goods were delivered quickly. Really happy with the quality of the product too.

I placed a big order; several for myself post birthday and one for my daughters upcoming 21st birthday. I requested the individual charm for my daughter be packaged separately so I could gift and I got a lovely email confirming this had been actioned.
I replied with thanks and received another lovely email - the personal touch with this company is phenomenal.
I also laughed they'd stamped the order and the ink hadn't worked the first time so they wrote 'whoops' and stamped again! Made me appreciate the care they take and standards they set in looking after customers to provide the personal experience.

Ordered a limited edition Step, the ordering process is smooth from start to finish, and the step came within a couple of days, much quicker than expected. Very happy and will continue to order as I continue to travel.

We travel the world and have been using our matching El Camino bracelets to chart our adventures. The team behind these great 'steps' are always ready to help and provide a speedy service and a friendly response. With 113 'steps' and 78 spacers we are now embarking on our 4th double bracelet. We hope to have many more steps covering countries, activities, seas and oceans, animals, and experiences. They are a great talking point when we meet people along our way. Thanks to El Camino for the latest addition to our collection - the Cloud step (in our case to mark a cloud forest in Ecuador).

The El Camino product is wonderful. I am unhappy with the customs tax. It causes the already high price to be even higher. Alas, I began my el Camino bracelet years ago, and must continue to document my life and travels through this product.
