Pathetic excuses
Having made an order containing NBN22B sockets. However the sockets were not posted out to me and I was told a week later that they are waiting on delivery. I have emailed Chris and his excuse was due to shortage of lorry drivers; this seems like the only excuse everyone seems to use these days. However I had asked him multiple time what the company will do to compensate me. However I was ignored four times and out the blue my order was cancelled. I have wasted my time and effort with this company and will not be using them for in the future!

Brilliant service great prices
Was really worried with some of the negative reviews but they were coming up £50 cheaper than Screwfix and others for 3 aico smoke alarms and 3 aico radio link bases, I took the plunge and paid for next day delivery, I ordered Monday and they arrived Tuesday via DHL credit where credit is due they provided an excellent service and saved me money, what more could you want!? Thank you

Excellent customer service, very positive experience!
Please don’t trust the bad reviews!! I was cautious about ordering from them having read a couple of unfavourable reviews but they had the best prices and could do next day delivery so I went ahead and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Alfie and Chris helped me check stock levels, ensured same day dispatch and I received my nest thermostats the very next day. Chris even sent me a link to confirm the items had been delivered as I was having issues with the tracking number. First class customer service. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys!!

Purchased goods on their website which were confirmed via email and followed up with a dispatched email,then instead of receiving my goods I get a refund email out of the blue,if their prices seem too good perhaps there's a reason !,buy with caution.

Thanks for your review and apologies for the delay in coming back to you on this! We would only cancel and refund your order without you requesting it if there was a problem with stock, eg. our system had incorrect information regarding a product's stock status.
In your case a dispatch email would've been sent out mistakenly before the goods actually left our warehouse, this was our mistake and we're very sorry for it! When it became apparent that the products you ordered were out of stock, you received your automatic refund. However, we should've been done better in terms of communicating this to you and for that we apologise! 9 times out of 10 the stock information on our website is absolutely accurate and updates itself on a daily basis, but occasionally there might be a mistake especially when the quantity of the product in question is low to begin with (as was the case with your order).
Again, we're very sorry you had to experience this, however we're grateful for your feedback as it's allowed us to look into our order notification system and improve it so there are no gaps in communication.

my experience is very positive
I see quite a few negative reviews here and I am surprised. My personal experience with them is quite positive. Ordered two lamps and extra bulbs from them, received them quickly, both lamps are working well and look and operate exactly as I expected.

Best price and fast delivery!
I ordered 3 Nest smoke alarms, one Nest Doorbell and one Nest Thermostat on the Wednesday night and by Friday evening, they were delivered.
Electrical Showroom was by far the cheapest option and I was impressed by the order process and speed in which they came.
I will definitely coming back for anymore electrical hardware I need in the future.

Fine for placing an order but…
Fine for placing an order but ridiculously slow customer service with basically zero response to emails and 20 minute wait times for phone calls. No auto refund for your postage on faulty item returns, you have to chase them yourself.

Didn’t receive item!
Item wasn’t delivered to our door when my partner was home all day. Instead left in a communal hall way apparently with an image taken of it. Do not understand why they didn’t ring the buzzer to notify my partner. Now the item is missing, been over a month and emailed numerous times before I received a response.

Credit where credit is due....
I just thought I would leave a quick review since I have seen all the negative comments recently and thought they at least deserved positive ones when things are OK. I placed an order over the weekend and whilst I did not get an email order confirmation email, or a reply to my email asking if they had received the order, the goods arrived as described & securely packaged this morning, all for an excellent price. If they could just tie up the lack of updates and the customer service then they will be back on track in no time. Thanks.
