Fraud seller. You pay prepaid to order components. But you never receive them. For weeks you keep writing emails and they neither respond nor ship or refund. Avoid totally.

Ordered electronics from this website, paid upfront, but after four months I have not received either the ordered item or my money back. Multiple attempts to contact the seller by email and phone were ignored, and there has never been any response or effort to fix the issue. Based on my experience, this business is unreliable and does not fulfill its commitments. Strongly recommend avoiding this seller to prevent loss of money and disappointment.

I ordered (prepaid Order) a 12V-7.5AH Lead acid battery costing around Rs 913.12 on dated 6 Aug 2015 but till today i.e. 27 Oct 2025 they did not dilivered. I contacted them by emails they always say that it is delayed because of quality issue & in 2-4 working days it will be delivered. But the promises are falls. I asked to refund the money before two but no reply received yet.

This site is fake after charging the amount they never revert back through email and the phone calls are disconnected after hold of 6 minutes. This is a scam site. Think twice.

do not buy electronics products from Electronicscomp, they did not send it. They are fraud. I ordered some of electronic items from them. They did not send anything These people are number 1 fraudsters, . After emailing I got a mail from them saying that the product is not in stock and will deliver it as soon as it is available, then 15 days passed, I again mailed them, they apologized and said that they will send it as soon as stock is available, I said that you should refund me the money, after that they never answered any e-mail, none of their phones are even reachable, today almost 6 months have passed

Electropi.in is the new brand name and they are the biggest cheaters they are not selling anything simply fooling us. I lost 6000 rs.

This is fraud site. Be aware. Do not loos your money. Electroniccomponents is fraud

It's a fake site do not buy from them ever
If item is not in their stock they will not send the material anyway no matter how many times you call them.
Do not waste your time and money.

I’m writing this article to warn others about my negative experience with an online electronics store: electronicscomp.com. Despite appearing like a legitimate seller of electronic components, my recent experience suggests otherwise — and I urge others to stay away to avoid potential loss of money.
What Happened
• I placed an order on their website and paid in advance.
• After payment, there was no update on shipping or delivery.
• I tried contacting them through:
o Phone: +91-96675 42727 — they are not picking up any calls.
o Email: care at electronicscomp.com — I received no response to multiple emails.
In one of my emails, I even requested a refund if they cannot ship the items, but again, I received no reply.

• Upon searching further, I discovered multiple complaints online, including posts on Truecaller, labeling this number and website as fraudulent.
• Several users have reported that they never received their orders or refunds.
What You Should Do

Extremely Disappointed – Order Still Not Delivered After 8 Months

I placed an order (#3254116) on 05/11/2024 for a DC motor from ElectronicsComp.com, with a promised delivery date of 15/11/2024. It’s now July 2025, and despite several follow-up emails and calls, the product has still not been delivered.

Their customer support is unresponsive, and every response I received (if any) was vague and non-committal. No clear timelines, no resolution, and now they’ve completely stopped responding.

This has caused significant inconvenience, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. Be cautious before placing any orders—poor service, no accountability, and zero customer care.

Very very very worst service and I am order 19/06/25 still the item not ship and I ask to refund but no response i think I lost my money.....

On 30 April 2025 and 1 May 2025, I placed two fully paid orders (Order #3275348 and #3275412) worth ₹17,475.21 via Paytm UPI (Ref Nos: 284115702463, 284172400103). The products were shown as in stock and were confirmed by the seller. Despite this, no items were shipped. When contacted via email, the company initially responded citing stock quality issues and delays. On 29 May 2025, in response to my complaint via the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance No. 7144037), they promised a full refund within 10–12 working days. However, to date, no refund has been issued and all communication has ceased.

This behavior amounts to cheating and breach of trust. Further, I have found multiple similar complaints online against this company, indicating a pattern of deliberate fraud. They continue to operate and advertise online, misleading more customers.
