I ordered an item on the 29th August, it never arrived so I emailed..no reply.
I've just googled the business and it says permanently closed.
But they're still taking orders and money.
A scam.
Ordered 2 bedding sets for almost £100 on 3 August 25. I've still not received them and no one is replying to my emails. I will be reporting to my bank as a scame to reclaime the money if no response is received soon.
I made an order on 29th June for a duvet set an have not received it yet. I have emailed 5 times with no response to try and track my order, I have a feeling I am not going to receive the order, maybe a scam? Wouldn't order anything again.
Despite sending two emails requesting an update on my order, have not received any communication from this company. I believe I have been scammed. Do not use this company
Ordered a tartan sherpa blanket - they delivered a pink Egyptian cotton towel! No signs of them correcting their delivery yet so feels like I've wasted money - I'll correct this if they redeem themselves. For now, I recommend that you do NOT use this company.

Your returns label was sent to you by email and our warehouse are processing the correct item to be sent. Unfortunately human error in packing does happen and we have apologised for this. I have been ordering from Elegance Boudoir for 5+ years now and refuse to go elsewhere! Their quality is incomparable, infact - when I’ve bought bedding from the high street I find that my duvet slips out of place within the duvet cover, with Elegance Boudoir that NEVER happens. Honestly the best quality bedding I have ever bought!
Orders 3 of the Appletree sets from their new autumn winter collection, half the price of other online companies for the same items! Can not recommend this company enough as not only is is really good quality for students like me it's nice to be able to afford luxury items without breaking my budget. Will definitely be buying some more bedding in the future.
I always order my bedding from elegance boudoir and I always have enjoyed dealing with them. Always on time and the price is great. Never had any problems great quality too.
Ordered Sunday goods arrived Wednesday and exact to photos on website. Could not ask for a faster service or easier ordering system. Love that you receive a tracking email that contains link to courier so you have the ability to manage your own delivery. Can not find this quality and selection of items online at these incredible prices.

Refund processed in full due to not being able to deliver item outside of UK, which is clearly stated on the item description that is for distribution in UK only and customer informed of reason for refund by email. The customers issue is between Stripe and Klarna - we are unable to refund more than purchase price and our company is not liable for Klarna's processing of refunds. Customer was politely answered by all staff members within one hour of emails being received, and given the information needed from refund processing system to pass to Klarna. If prompt response times, politeness and respectful replies from real people not autobots are not your thing then please don't use our company.
Buyers beware, order placed 6 weeks ago (Nov 2020), nothing received and not one reply to my many messages and emails which is all it would have taken. Don't risk losing your hard earned money!

Customer was refunded 24 hours after order placed and emailed to state the items ordered were out of stock and would not be restocked until after Christmas. The customer claimed to not have received confirmation of the refund even though we had read receipts on the automated email sent with the refund.
1 star is because our initial order had an error on it and was amended by them very efficiently (at least it might have been???). The order was confirmed and advised as a 48 hour dispatch. 4 weeks later... item not delivered and even worse we have not been given the courtesy of a delivery date. Will you take a gamble by giving them an order?
Refunded on 27 Jul 2020 after contacting PayPal.

Items ordered were out of stock when manual amendments were made, the order had been accepted by our website as the items ordered in error by the customer were in stock and available. Subsequently the whole order was immediately refunded in full by our accounts department on 28th June 2020 with an automated email to show the refund had been applied to the customer, we can not be held responsible for PayPal not applying the refund faster than the customer received it.
