Very disappointing purchase. The shower screen was installed exactly as per the instructions and video guides, with correct alignment and levels, yet it still leaks during normal use. The instructions are incomplete. For their fixed framed glass panel, they don't apply glazing strips at the top or bottom trying to save few cents - result is a shower that leaks water heavily, unless you caulk inside the factory fitted frame which is unreasonable and results in mould buildup.

Support from the vendor has been poor, with repeated requests for photos and videos but no real solution. Overall, not recommended due to poor design and inadequate support.

I was happy with the shower screen we purchased, the only issue we had was the postcode was entered wrong to the delivery company and we had to get the delivery changed after they tried to deliver it to the incorrect postcode. But otherwise the screen seems good.

Ordered 3 screens, 1 was smashed when it arrived. Contacted Elegant Showers to let them know and a free replacement was received within a couple of days. Haven't installed them yet, so hopefully the quality matches the service.

Quick postage and the mirror looks amazing in our renovated bathroom. It was exactly what we were after and we love the adjustable light brightness.

Great price and good product, arrived in only 2 days!
We were quoted $1200 for a glazier to provide the same swinging glass shower screen. By purchasing this, we saved $1000-HUGE amount.
One thing however, hubby was amazed at the tiny screws provided. He says that if people installed using those, the screen would be far too heavy and pull away from the wall and screen would fall off and shatter within days. Definitely Do Not use the provided screws.
It was very easy for him to install. He screwed the frame to the tiles but also used liquid nails, to give it some strength. Waited 48 hours to ensure liquid nails was firm and attached the screen to the frame.
Buying this save us an incredible amount of money, it looks wonderful and the glass is thick and swings perfectly. Just go and get some longer, stronger screws than they provide and hubby recommends backing the screws up with a line of liquid nails.

Good product at a fair price.

I was impressed with the low cost of he item and I was able to pick it up myself from the factory with no issues. The product was of very good quality and was easy to install.

Assistance was promoted from the o line chat when I had a question for what shower screen to order. Ordering was fantastic and easy. Delivery was in 5 days to Brisbane. Install was an all day event due to the instructions (not this companies fault) we got there in the end and it looks amazing.

So I purchased a bifold shower enclosure. When unpacked the front and side are from different product series and no instructions were provided on joining them.
I used Live Chat and warned of a 2 star rating given the inadequate assembly directions.
Next day they responded with a diagram using a part not provided.
So I asked if they would exchange a part supplied for the part required - the difference being where the pre-drill holes were. The response was "So you want to have an extra S16?". No, I replied, just exchange it. Their response, thanks "Clara", was to send a link to an image of joining the panels without the part. But that resulted in a product finish way poorer than that I purchased. The door seal in that image was also totally misaligned.
At that point I realised that I was dealing with either AI or an IA (Idiot Associate).
Gave up and did what I could with the parts provided hence the 1 star.
Their customer support claims are garbage in my view.

Update post vendor response:
My error, corrected "buy" to "want an extra" in response to requesting an exchange. Have now finished install and done per their "solution" there is a 1cm+ gap between the door seals when installed at 1000mm width which I don't have an option to avoid. Pity I cannot post pictures!

Quick delivery and easy to install. We installed the new showerscreen over existing tiles. The showerscreen was easy to adjust over the existing waterproof strip, is lighweight, looks modern with clean lines. Very happy with the product.

The information was comprehensive and purchasing online was simple. Product arrived in a couple of days and was well packed and undamaged. Quality is good and fitting was easy.
