I have been a Divi customer since very early on and although I am not a "web developer" or professional web designer, I have become one with the help of Divi. I create the most amazing websites and now with the divi cloud, there really isn't much more you could ask for. Everything about Divi is easy, even adding custom CSS- and the possibilities are endless. I was just working on merging two sites together today and had to take a moment to give thanks to the Elegant Themes team for creating this incredible product. I just cannot imagine life without it. Thank you!

Elegant Themes has fantastic support. Fast reply and really to the point. I got in touch with a tech engineer immediately and he had the solution ready. In addition, I would like to add that they have revolutionized the WordPress pagebuilder field with Divi 5 (in beta as of writing). The VIP Support is worth every penny. Answer within 30 minutes, and Jemelie fixed a problem that was not easy to solve. They really know what they are doing. Time is money, so I saved money by paying the small fee.

Divi's support is absolutely great. I bought it during Black Friday, so I really got a good price for lifetime use at $197. Other services in the package, like cloud, marketplace, etc., renew for a reasonable annual fee.

I've been a loyal Divi user since 2018 when I bought my lifetime license. Back then, it was already a game-changer, a tool that was leaps and bounds ahead of anything else I had used.

What truly sets Divi apart, however, is its constant evolution. The platform has grown tremendously. I remember the "wow" effect when the Theme Builder was introduced. Now, with the transition to Divi 5, the theme is becoming even more powerful and flexible. The team consistently works on both polishing the details and introducing major new features.

The second huge advantage is the exceptional support. It's fast, responsive, and well-organized. The ability to easily grant them access to troubleshoot is a lifesaver. They fix bugs on their end in the next release, and if I've made a mistake myself, they still help me fix it and clearly explain what went wrong.

Divi it's a long-term investment that keeps paying off. Truly one of the best purchases I've ever made.

All of the customer service representatives at Elegant Themes are amazing. They have always gone above and beyond to help me. Alexandra helped me last time and she was amazing I highly recommend them.

Friendly and very helpful support team that responds within a day (big time difference, don't know how fast it is without that). They can look into your Divi installation and help with solutions. Very nice!

I subscribed to the package of Divi themes a few years ago and all i can say is that they are my peace of mind.
